Absolutely great service and the manager is very nice and pleasant. My first time and I am so happy to finally get a great haircut and treatment. Michelle is wonderful at what she does!

I got my hair washed, treated, detailed and silk pressed by the owner. It was amazing. I got it done for prom and other couldn't even recognize me. I love it and have had it for almost a month now and it's still going strong. I would recommend getting your hair down here. My hair is thick and hard to handle but she did an such an amazing job. I will come back to get my hair done again.

Had an appointment for an updo, confirmed twice (via automated text and recieved a call the day before). On day of the stylist did not show up, the (very) young lady who was there was kind and courteous and offered to try and do an updo for me however she admitted that the styles she was looking at prior to my arrival would be quite childish on me, I asked her if she knew how to do a beehive or any updo from the 90s and she said she did go to school for hairstyling and had to do it there but has not done that since....she was nice enough to call the senior stylist whom I had booked with to see her ETA and after some back and fourth I was asked if I had plans for the afternoon, I told her that today is my birthday (as the original stylist knew) and I do have plans which included a booked photoshoot. She told me that the stylist could be there in about 20mins if I like however at this point I would be too late for my next engagement so I told her it was okay don't worry about it.A part of me thought the stylist would have called me to apologize and try to rebook however it's been 5 days and I have heard nothing....there was no confrontation or argument at the salon to suggest that I would not be receptive to a call so I am not sure why there wasn't one. . it's quite unmannerly in my opinion. At the end of the day I ended up waking at 6a to wash and blow-dry my hair as requested, I ended up having to cancel a birthday photoshoot that now has a 2 month waitlist...but I made it to my Mani/pedi appointment on time then out to dine with some friends so not all was lost:-)Some more back story so you have the full picture:I had inquired about services a month prior...the stylist was not there but an employee (and her family member) reached out to her over the phone. She quoted me a price for an updo and also told me about a promotion she was having that would allow her to use photos of her work as promotion this summer. We picked a date and then she got off the phone. When trying to figure out a time the employee did not know the stylists hours of work and was unable to reach her again right away. She took my number and informed me the stylist will call me back to tell me her earliest time....I never recieved a call but I did call twice and left my inquiry with the person who answered on both occasions... I never got a call back. Last week while taking my son to the barber next door I popped in and the hairstylist was there and she told me I did not show up....I told her there was no appointment booked and reviewed what had happened, she acknowledged the fault may very well lie with the employee. We then booked for the following week and right away I recieved an automated mobile notification (which I had never recieved prior too).Anyways this is my experience....I have never actually had my hair done nor have I seen someone else's hair to actually comment on her quality of work, I can only speak to the lack of professionalism/customer service/ punctuality.I gave 2 stars because the younger stylist did (hesitantly) attempt to offer me an updo she was capable of....we both knew I'm toodamn old for ponytails and donuts though and I'm not about too have a photoshoot of me entering another decade looking like someone's child! Thank you for trying though

I had a wonderful experience here. The hairdresser was very friendly and on time. It was painless and very fast as well!

I went to Michelle for sew in extensions with my sister this past weekend and she is AMAZING!! Very knowledgeable and experienced and super honest and kind. I would definitely recommend this business to any one!!

The stylist Kim was courteous, welcoming.She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and advice me on hair care and maintaining my style.Overall an awesome first experience. I highly recommend this salon. The owner Michelle is also knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. They are located in Whitby at 1121 Dundas Street East.

My first time here having a hair cut. Staff were very friendly and Jassett did an excellent job with the length and style. Will definitely be returning!
