Great selection of new and vintage clothing and accessories. You can also dress your place up as well, they carry an excellent selection of mid century modern furniture and home decor to make your pad super cool. Staff is very knowledgeable

Disappointed with the staff yesterday. Love this store, but found the one gal in particular very dismissive and rather rude. So much so that the lady in line in front of us called her out on it. Then this lady came to find us on the street afterward to let us know she had done so because she had seen how the staff behaved toward myself and who I was with. Terrible image for such a wonderful store. Really soured the experience.

I found a few great pieces tonight and overall, I'm very happy with my experience at this shop. It was well organized, clean, and the items I tried on/ purchased were in great condition. I'd happily return to this store even though I'm not much of a thrifter- I find thrift stores are often overwhelming, disorganized, and messy. Bungalow offers a more curated, organized selection of items, which I appreciated and was happy to pay a little extra to have that experience.

A Vintage lover's paradise. Really cool furniture. My go-to spot for sunglasses and jean short-shorts. A wonderful place to get lost and find something unique.

The ladies working there were very helpful, friendly and easy to approach. I got a wonderful rattan chair for a steal of a price. It was really easy to reserve it over the phone after seeing it in store and picking it up the next day. Highly recommended visiting for furniture, clothing, decorative pieces, and fun cocktail and drinking glasses.

Super cool place. Lots of great finds. The staff was very friendly! I bought a pair of boots for a great price. They look as good as new, and I also bought a beautiful necklace. Definatly going back there when I come back to Toronto for a visit.

I enjoy visiting Bungalow when I'm in Kensington. They have a great and wide selection of vintage clothes and unique items. Their prices are quite high, though, and I find most of the t-shirts and everyday items overpriced in general.

Horrible stuff! Went to this store once and it will probably be the only one in my life. The shirt I bought was missing a button and there was no replacement in the internal label but they didn't want to exchange it because I discovered the defect 2weeks after the purchase date! I wish we can give 0 stars!Response to comment: When I called the store (just passed the 2 weeks from the purchase, not months), you clearly told me your sale was final and I would have to take care of the missing button. Now you said you didn't hear from me for months? Did you notice that this review is 8months old? Why should I have called you back after our first call? That was definitely enough and you won't hear from me never again! This is the worst customer service I have aver seen from a store, especially during COVID when all the other store relax their return policies.

I absolutely love this place. You can find some of the best second hand clothing. I own a lot of colourful shirts and almost all of them have come from this store. They’ve got a great mix of used/new clothing and materials, furniture…etc. I would definitely commend this place!
