Quality of the parts was not the best for my particular job, requiring a second trip back to the store. Mohammed was very helpful though and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied in the end. Good group of guys working here!

Samsung wanted me to pay over 500 to replace the back and front of my S20 because apparently u can't just do the front. Walked over to cell icon and buddy replaced my screen. Finished sooner than he said he would. Finger print works, face I'd works, phone charges. Very happy.

They blatantly tried to rip me off.They change their product prices on a whim and try to bargain with you. They will charge you more for a cheap product if you seem gullible.I first went to their stand in the mall to purchase a screen protector and they asked for $25 for ONE screen protector (it's a thin sheet of plastic). Then I visited their retail shop in the mall which another employee asked for $30 for the same product.I was shocked by the incredibly expensive prices as you can buy them online for a fraction of the price (I didn't want to wait for shipping).When I tried to leave, they tried to bargain with me by saying they can actually sell it for a lesser price. Of course they can. They just realized that I'm not willing to be ripped off that much so they tried to rip me off for a tiny bit less.I never thought that a retailer in the metropolis mall would try to bargain with me (in a blatant attempt of exploitation). Cannot ever recommend this place to anyone.

Bought an expensive but a bit scuffed up phone case from them. After reading some of the reviews here, am wondering if I got sold an used case. The box looked like it had been opened quite a few times. Maybe I got a knock-off case in a legit box?The sales guy told me the case has a great no-hassle lifetime warranty. I read the warranty" later and noted that any claims must be supported by a bill of sale and the product must be sold by an authorised dealer. I got no bill and am wondering if they are even an authorised dealer. Regardless

They don’t display the price anywhere. You have to ask them for the price and they tell you. I decided to try XSkin which is a close location next to SportsCheck and they sold me a good deal, less than half the price this location told me.

Poor and cheap dealing with customers. I bought a screen protector for my daughter’s tablet and they were having a different protector which was not compatible as designed but guy there said the size is perfect and later on I found out that size was also not correct I went back and told them and he Agreed for a new screen protector and also he started demanding for extra $15 as i was already paid $28 for screen protector which would be a total of 43 dollars for a screen protector. There is no price tag on a single item that they are selling on store. They also refused to give me refund. They started misbehaving. Worst experience i ever had for this little thing i ever bought in my entire life. Strongly recommending not to go there. Ultimate nonsense.

Phone case started to fall apart and break after about 2 months of very light use. No hard falls or anything damaging the phone case just simply bad quality. And the screen protector started getting scratched and leaving streaks on my screen only a few weeks after application. All together paid roughly $60 dollars huge waste do not purchase from this store

Super helpful staff and quick service! Very knowledgeable about what screen protector would work best for my phone and application was super fast. Will definitely come to this location again!

Store employee was nice to let me look over phone cases for my Samsung S22 Plus and love this sturdy heavy-duty case by Giphile. Though it was around $30, I would probably prefer if it was between $20-25.

Guy was helpful but sold me a cord that does not work. Pocketed my $17, I’ll be sure to go back and get one that actually works
