My experience was disturbing. I was overcharged for a very light, thin custom gold necklace. They use third party sources to make their ‘custom orders’ for them. Gold is sourced from the cheapest location possible (India or SA) Customer service was quite poor. Down to the box it was gift wrapped in, which has a ‘made in china’ sticker left on. The necklace was gift wrapped by them, so i was unaware of the sticker and couldn’t remove it. Girl thought it was cheap jewelry from china not a custom ordered Canadian necklace.Place is filled with smoke and mirrors in my opinion

Phil and his staff are great to deal with. They kept me informed on the arrival of my special order and it arrived in the promised timeframe. Pricing was very reasonable and well below other comparisons of the same item. I will definitely be back in the future for more items.You won't be disappointed with their selection or prices.

My family and I have been loyal customers of Phillip and his excellent staff at Jewellery Plus for many years.We have bought several gorgeous pieces from him and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases.He has an excellent eye for quality vintage pieces, has a high degree of integrity, fair prices, with excellent quality repairs performed in shop. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and just genuinely lovely people.Visiting his little shop every summer is one of the highlights of my short visits on the Island and I always leave with a special piece of jewellery to cherish.I highly recommend this little “gem” of Summerside, PEI.
