Khalid did the long towing for me. I was very pleased with his service and the company. He kept me upto date on my tow. I was surprised to see my car me in a close box for the tow. Khalid went out of his way to keep me informed and took real good care of my car. I would highly recommend Khalid and will use his company and future hauling and towing. I had a flat and no spare tire. BCAA told me it could be up to three hours for help to arrive. Khalid arrived in one hour. He was friendly, polite and efficient and brought my car to Metro Tire where they provided a new tire, installed, and repaired the old one.Thank you to Khalid for making an awkward situation into a pleasant experience. I randomly called North VancouverTowing Ltd. and they responded immediately to resolve the issue. The staff on the phone was very helpful and emphatic. It was a very good first impression at my end. The owner himself, Mr. Khalid Alkozai, was the one who actually showed up to attend to my car. He is cordial, professional and knows exactly what he needs to do. With the prompt and excellent service, I was so relieved! Hence, I skied and skied to my heart's content! I definitely recommend this company for towing and other roadside assistance services. Bcaa tow contractors in chilliwack would not tow vehicle 160kms. North van towing did. Even though it arrived at 3:20 am, i was very happy they did the job. Much appreciated and keep up the excellent work. May your business prosper.
