I chose this florist because of the proximity to my daughter's condo in stoney creek. I couldn't have been luckier. Not only did she allow me to place a same day delivery for two dozen roses (when the website said to allow 48 hrs) she also helped me with a Challenging delivery because I wanted it to be a surprise.Taking my 4 phone calls on a Sunday was exemplaryThe flowers were fresh and beautiful and it all went so wellWould give 10 stars if I couldCustomer service as it should be done !!!

Such beautiful florals and amazing people ! I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my flowers!! I love how much time luba puts in to her flowers to make them as beautiful as you expect them to be! I cant wait for my wedding day so I can have the most beautiful flower arrangement, with that being said I HIGHLY recommend bouquetino floral studio, you wont be disappointed :)

I came across this place on google, tried their services for mothers day to have an arrangement done for my mother in law that my father in law requested.I wanted something extravagant and to wow her, and Luba was able to understand and fulfill my vision for the arrangement.I will definitely will be using her services again. I would recommend this establishment for anyone seeking amazing arrangements and professional service.

What an incredible surprise. Luba was wonderful and her kindness and creativity as a floral artist came through in the display she made for my daughter. I am hundreds of miles away from Hamilton and I rely on a local florist for occasional surprises for my daughter. I found Luba by accident and will order from no one else. She is generous, responsible, takes pride is what she does and makes the most incredible floral bouquets. Thank you!!!!!
