They asked if there was an area that required special attention, left no corner untouched and paid attention to every detail. The team efficiently removed dirt, dust, particles and stubborn stains from the carpet. The end result was a carpet that looked as good as new. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. This is the first time that I have used SO-CLEAN to clean our carpets. We have a large home and the technician, Jorge, did more than an excellent job. The order was set up professionally. The technician arrived on time, and the job was completed with more than 100% satisfaction. You can't get much better than that!

I have used this company many times and have recommended it to friends. Daniel and Karl were the cleaners this time and did an excellent job on very stubborn water stains on my couch. They also did a great job on the carpet. I have always appreciated the professional email before the work is done which explains the process. I also have never had the cleaners arrive late, always on time. They are respectful and explain the process or any problems well. I also like the fact that the company gives to charity.

I had Karl and Daniel come in and clean my daughter's home and they were absolutely a delight! They were able to answer any questions that I had about the house and not only that they were even kind enough to tell me what I can do and should watch out for at my own home.
