Minus millions stars!My God, I have never seen such rude and uncooperative staff .. I cannot believe the attitude I just got. I have had many issues here before but what I saw this time is where I draw the line. I can unfortunately see that the poor service is an issue for many people here.Ladies and gentlemen, you need to write to Shoppers about this and not Canada Post as they do not work for Canada Post.I don’t understand how people with such terrible manners and poor customer service are employed! There are plenty of people who would love to have a job these days and I’d love it if some of them were employed here. Absolutely unbelievable!!!!

In our experience this is the worst Canada Post outlet that exists. One of the staff is particularly rude and unfriendly and insists every time that the shipper has to help her bring the box inside the storage because it’s not her job, even when the box is only 8 kg. She also refuses to take the package if we don’t help her! C’mon Canada Post, hire some stronger and nicer people!

The lady at the postal counter this morning was VERY rude. I was the only person there and acted like it was such an inconvenience for me to want to collect the parcel. So rude telling me I need a Canadian ID- even when I said that isn't possible as I am not a resident. I happened to take my foreign passport as well as my license which she refused to even look at as I told her it wasn't from Ontario. (It is still a commonwealth valid ID). I could not believe the attitude I got from such a small encounter. I understand that sometimes people don't bring the correct forms of ID but I DID and she was still so rude- No pleasantries when I walked in- not even a hello, she just stuck her hand out at me for the postal slip. I didn't catch her name as I was still in shock from the horrible customer service but the encounter was at 9:15am on Thursday the 12/12/2019.

If there is -5 star option, I definitely would do.I visited this Canada Post on Monday morning to return Amazon package and send some gifts. The female worker was very rude and disrespectful, seems like saying why did you here? Why do you make me move?If this rudeness was her job, good job lady, she totally ruined my day.

Will never go to this post office again. I ship many of the same packages regularly, this one will somehow have a problem with it. I’ve had a worker tell me that I had the wrong postage on without even looking at it, and I had to point out that no, it is the correct amount. I had another worker pretend like my item wouldn’t fit through their letter slot even though I’ve shipped this exact letter many many times and I know it fits. I’ve had them tell me that I cannot send a letter to the states that I’ve sent many times to the states. Each time I have a problem I simply drive to another post office, and my packages and letters ship no problem

The worst Canada Post office!!! Maria was rude and unprofessional. She refused to except my commercial mail. Then she took it with an attitude. Finally, one week later, I have checked tracking info for the parcels I have dropped and both of them went to QC instead of ON!!!! My opinion, she have done it on purpose.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

The post office in this location is terrible. They need to hire people who are more humble, like their job, or at least respect their job. Today I went there to return an Amazon package. The female post office worker whom I won’t name, was very rude and dismissive. She acted as if Canada Post has never accepted packages delivered by the Purolator. I felt embarrassed but when I called the Purolator I was told that they did have a contract with Canada Post which recently was expired.This woman whom I found out was a manager either didn’t know about this which is embarrassing for Canada Post or just chose to be disrespectful. I hope and pray she finds a job where she could be more useful and happy. All I expected was a polite response and maybe a reminder of rule change.

poor service and very rude lady at this location, they only know how to paste stamp. i want to certify my ID for forward mail service, i bring all documents accord what they need but the lady said i bring the wrong ID. I try to explain how about my last time did mail forwarding and read the Canada Post email to her what should i bring to store for certification. The lady doesn't want to listen told me go to other stores to try and said maybe she doesn't" know how to do mail forward. For sure
