Crusty Pizza

Sunderland crusty pizza not worth it, bought an x large at 32.00 plus 5.00 tip. It was so bad no toppings including the bare cheese.. crust still chewy. but check out my review on trip advisor before buying. See pics, I am not that fussy. they just went so bad better to drive to Uxbridge. terrible toppings that is what pizza is about. how much does pizza really cost.

Not only did they mess up an order for a veggie pizza by putting MEAT in it they failed to take responsibility by refusing to remake it and called one of us a cheap indian". The pizza was supposed to be veggie because one of our friends couldn't eat meat due to religious reasons

I recently moved to the area thought I'd give this place a try. My first experience was fantastic great service from the gentleman on the other end of the phone, great pizza and in a timely fashion.My second experience was a rude lady who didn't even let me get my address out of my mouth before cutting me off and telling me they do not deliver to me.After finally taking my order I asked for an estimated time. Her response was when it gets there.Not a fan of inconsistent service. Could very well mean I will no longer order from there.

lol. So today I ordered two vegetarian pizzas. Some high school kids were working and when I got home there was a pepperoni on my pizza. I called and let them know about this pizza (didn’t even request a free pizza or refund, just wanted them to make my pizza properly as my sister and her partner do not eat pork..). I sent my partner in to switch out the pizzas. The kid looked at the pizza and said “give me $18.60” because there was only “one piece of pepperoni”. Also muttered “you Indians are so cheap” under his breath. I’m sorry, what? First of all, we are not even Indian… I’m disgusted this type of racist behaviour still happens so overtly in Canada. I’ve lived in Sunderland for over 4 years and I’m ashamed to have supported a business that cannot hire staff who can respect or understand different cultures and their dietary restrictions. My partner asked to speak to the manager or owner due to the disrespect and was told “they are in Arizona, you wanna call Arizona?” Absolutely Disgusting. I can’t even begin to express how upsetting this experience is. In the end, they didn’t even fix our pizza and sent us out. I’m still in shock that this even happened. Can’t wait for the manager to get back from “Arizona”.

The customer service experience was horrible. I order two pizzas today, the pizzas were so salty we couldn't even eat them. I called to see if they could remake them they said there is nothing they can do about it. The boss refused to call me and explain his reasoning. So disappointed ☹️ will not be eating there again.

Very bizarre experience, I ordered pizza from Sunderland location, which I have done several times. Tonight I ordered at 6pm, then called 2 hours later to check in to see if there was a problem as we hadn’t received it. I was told it was coming over, then I called again at 9pm and was told that I received it and paid cash. But I did not! Was told that they checked with owner, and that I was lying about not receiving it. Confused as to why I would be accused of lying - to what end? It wasn’t even prepaid. Bizarro world.There’s a place in Pefferlaw makes great pizza. Looks like it will be our new go to delivery!All I know is that we ended up opening a can of soup that night. Perhaps it was delivered to the wrong house? In any event, I was pretty cool about there being a mix-up, up until I was called a liar. Yet again.

Pizza is one of best tasting ones I’ve had. Service is friendly and quick.

They had gotten one of the pizzas I ordered wrong, putting tomato sauce instead of the garlic sauce. But the service was good, as they remade the pizza with no issues or extra cost.The pizza tasted average.

Ordered over the phone and went to pick up. Service was disrespectful and they were racist. I didn't think i'd be racially profiled while getting pizza. This place should hire proper employees and provide proper service instead of what I got.
