They say they answer the phones between certain times however that is a complete lie. Oh and you CAN'T leave a message. How convenient for them. We have been trying for 2 months now to speak to someone, and it's always automatically picked up by VM, again, where you can't leave a message. You will never get to speak to anyone. Referral was sent to them in Oct it's now Feb with 0 response from this office. Absolutely ridiculous, so we have gone elsewhere. Avoid this office at all costs when speaking to your doctor for a referral.

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Morris. I can’t say enough how thankful and happy I am to have had him as my surgeon. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we could understand. He is a very compassionate person. He also took the time to explain things to my three sons. Not only is he an accomplished surgeon he is also very thorough with his follow up. Having such a positive experience in a difficult time is so important. When at our first difficult meeting I noticed his funky socks, I felt a little more at ease. It is nice to know that there are doctors out there that actually care about their patients..

My experience at Guelph Urology Associates was most unpleasant. This was my first consultation with Dr. Richard, who seemed in a hurry, was impersonal, defensive, impatient, insensitive, and disrespectful and then quickly rushed away. I strongly recommend that new patients seek a different urology clinic.

Good luck getting through by phone and if you're lucky enough to, you're met with the most unprofessional staff.The Dr.s are wonderful but the receptionists/office staff all need customer service training.How dare you post signs about treating you with respect, yet you all treat your patients so disrespectfully. You should be ashamed.

The doctor was super kind. When I was in the hospital and did emergency surgery on me. I can't thank him or his staff enough. They were very kind too me, polite and willing to answer all and any questions I might have had. He was very professional. I highly recommend him! I can't say enough about this Doctor! I'm glad I had him in my corner!

It’s a pity you only have one scale review. My point is that I would rate Dr Christopher Morris as a 5. He is knowledgeable, exudes confidence, personable, relational and engaging. His McMaster training shows. He will take the time to answer any questions you may have.If I were rating the Office Support Staff, overall I would rate it 2. The reason being.- their phone system is NOT patient friendly or patient oriented. If you get (most of the time) a busy signal, you have no option but to try and try again, often without success. To get their attention I once had to send them a fax and ask the person I wanted to talk to, to call me back.- improvement really needs to be made with their culture and where they place the importance of those they truly serve, the patients.- I understand they have high turnover. If true, that is indicative of underlying problems.- it is important that the whole office needs to be aligned with a set of key values, focussed on taking care of and providing the best health care possible for their patients.- the office staff appear to be overwhelmed with busyness, which may add to the stress and attitude which patients pick up on. This is a signal for underlying change.I’d be very happy to have a more detailed conversation with any of the partners who run Guelph Urology Associates. I have been under their care for 7 years + now and have a lot of insight.Here’s to working together and finding a better way in the future. We would all benefit.

Dr hirschberg is very loud rude and unprofessional. He couldn't care less about any of the patients. Yelling put all your personal information and matters. It was very embarrassing and uncomfortable. I look forward to filing a complaint and even thing him to court for his malpractice. This is people medical personal lives you can speak in a room tone .

I was in emergency with pain and doctor from hospital send message to Urology office for emergency appointment on Dec.20 with dr. Morris no one call back I call many time answer machine just send me again in hospital if I need to see doctor,my family dr. Make for me appointment in same office in March 2023 ,3 months waiting probably for them is short time for me I don't know ??

They never pick up the phone. Tried calling everyday, twice a day, Monday to Friday, at different times. Try it yourself, try calling them - you will see.

First of all, the two stars are for Dr. Morris being very personable and understanding. He is great. The office staff and scheduling however have made my experience so far really unpleasant. Not only did I wait four months for a 10 minute conversation with the doctor, but when we booked the follow up procedure - I asked for the next available appointment, February 13, and confirmed it there in the office. I always enter my appointments in my phone before leaving an office so I can't forget. I also immediately contacted my employer and begged for that morning off on short notice. Two days later, I looked at the information card I was given and it said February 20. I personally went into the office (by the way, you pay for parking), to make sure everything was clear. Nope - it's on the 20th and the 13th is no longer available. There was no apology or empathy from the scheduler and she was stone cold. Being a medical receptionist myself for years, I couldn't believe how the office staff behaves. Luckily, my procedure will be at the hospital and if all goes well, I will gladly give Dr. Morris a great review for his work. But I hope I don't have to deal with the office much again :(
