Very poor customer service. Here on a saturday afternoon, no hello, seems like we are annoying the person. Need to work a lot on the customer experience.

Went there to get a package that I had ordered from IKEA. Was in and out for less than 5 minutes. Plus the employee was very polite and helpful.

You only go here if you have no other choice. Disorganized and chaotic at the best of times. Published phone number has been disconnected and published hours are wrong.You have less than 5 days to get your package before it is returned to sender.

My package was delivered there by Purolator on June 14th at 11:57am, which is supposed to be available for pickup for 5 days. The same day (June 14th), I went to pick up my package, which was there (I saw it), but they would not allow me to take it because of an error that Purolator made (they labeled it as unclaimed, to be returned to sender").Instead of realizing the error and giving me what I owned (I had ID and proof of address matching the package)

I had an excellent experience with Penguin Pick Up. Initially, I found it a bit challenging to put my IKEA order online. However, last Saturday, I called the Griffintown store and spoke with a helpful staff. She provided me with comprehensive information on how to place my order step by step and explained the benefits, such as the minimal delivery payment.To my surprise, the experience turned out to be fantastic. I eventually pick the Saint Jacques branch because it was closer to me. I picked up my items on Saturday evening, a respectful boy served me there. I would like to express my gratitude for their service. As a result of this positive experience, I intend to leave my review for both the Saint Jacques and Griffintown stores. This combination allowed me to obtain IKEA items without incurring high delivery fees.

Picked up a DHL delivery and dropped off a Canada post box. The front desk guy seemed distracted, I was the only customer. They somehow scanned the box wrong because when I got home to track it said refused by recipient" and now the person I'm shipping to doesn't understand what's going on. I was served today by this gentlemen who spoke with such elegance and served with so much care and attention for my order. I was heavily pleased by his customer service and undoubtedly left the store with a huge smile on my face!

Love it when I need to send some FedEx packages. It’s even open on Sunday and the staff is really focused on customer service.
