We came to Gnarlybooks looking for assistance with the reconciliation of our books. Tara assured me it would be easy to get help with a dedicated account specialist. What I actually received was a low priority email chain which accomplished very little. At times - my specialist was just too busy" to help me. I had to speak to multiple members of their team and re-explain the same issues. I was left in the dark after Gnarlybooks took over payroll - after a month or so their team realized they forgot to sync records. Overall they made our very small business' bookkeeping process more complicated.Update: Post filing my end of year with them
