Impact Diesel Performance

I went in and got my def system removed as it was starting to fail. It was able to get rid of the 2 second lag that is get when taking off, and i get better deisel fuel economy with the flash they did on my system. Nothing but extremely happy, just have to watch my takeoffs now as i can spin my tires doing burnouts. As well my km for a full tank doing in city driving has gine from 550-600 to 725-750. Havent had a chance to do highway drive to see what a full tank would get me but i know before the def remival if get 850-900km per tank.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I have had everything up to a full engine swap done and the job that was done was remarkable and they have stood behind their work 100 percent.

Did business with these guys for 10 years...last couple years been some shady work and not owning up to their mistakes. They do walk around of your vehicle for any cosmetic issues...but the customer does not get a copy. Had a chip on top front fender all of a sudden appear when it was in for a head gasket job. My truck is my baby and I know of EVERY scratch and chips. All they did was hand me the paper they did the walk around with and had an X where the new chip was. The result of thhis was them saying they didn't do anything. Had it in for a new steering box and when I picked it up the air bag light was on. They played dumb although the mechanic looked like he was lying...sent them a blog off my Diesel forums and it had many reports of this issue when the gear box is replaced...and the wheel turning. They would not take ownership of this. Had wrong filters put on my FAAS system and leaked Diesel like a sive..they did some work that affected the position of the steering wheel and each time they did this I picked the truck up with the steering wheel all cockeyed. Stay away as they don't have the greatest mechanics now. Prior to this I was in sales that I visited alot of dieselshops. Everywhere I mentioned where I get my work done they laughed. I always stood up for them. Now...won't be within a 10mile radius of these guys.if you want anxiety and lies...these are your guys.

Great service and fair price from IDP. Our service truck broke down on it's way from Winnipeg to Yellowknife and they got us in right away, did a great job diagnosing the problem and had us going in a timely manner. Scott was great to deal with a kept us informed all along. Highly recommend using them if you are in the Saskatoon area.

We were moving out of the province when my F350 started to act up. They knew I was short on time and managed to get my truck into the shop that day. They diagnosed the problem and repaired my truck the same day. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I very much appreciate what they did for me.

My friends recommend this shop. I took my truck do diagnosed and fixed the problem. Problem is they don't Chase the problem They looked for change some new parts and charged for it. I decided to take my truck back because I figured what kind of problem is. When I came home I found the problem and then replaced the part and my truck working again. So they charge me for nothing! I don't recommend this shop and I never gonna go again ever on my life!

Just got my 2014 Pete with isx15 back from your shop. I can’t believe how much better it runs with the new injectors Chris installed. Very happy with your shop and Chris was great to talk to. Also thanks for noticing a couple of issues I can correct myself. Also a shout out to Lindsey at the front counter for getting me checked in and out quickly.

i always had good service and fair pricing on having our trucks deleted. not sure if there is new management because our last visit we payed way more than quoted, and it should have been less,because there mechanic phoned and said he could save me money by leaving egr on and just blocking it.

Absolutely RecommendedFriendly knowledgeable staff (Scott) does a great job from beginning questions, following up with customer pre/during/post install.Knock on wood. Not able to speak to post issues as done right it appears the first time. Really not a negative or opportunity found in my exchange.Worth the drive to the north end for your diesel enhancement needs.
