Loose Endz The Salon

This was my first time at Loose Endz and my stylist was Nicole. She was awesome. I have very thick, curly hair and this was my first trim since October 2022, as I'm growing it out. Nicole did a great job at giving my hair dimension and much needed layers. I will definitely be going back.

I had my first experience at this salon bright & early on a Thursday morning with Kaila. I received a wash, cut and blowout. Let me tell you I had the BEST experience walking in to all the way up until the end! I typically have a hard time trusting hair dressers and salons because I’ve had horrible experiences in the past but this definitely was not the case. Kaila’s energy was absolutely infectious and I felt like I connected with her instantly. It was unfortunately raining and I was nervous about my hair getting ruined (from getting wet/humidity) but she was so kind enough to put it in a cap for me to walk to my car haha, I really appreciated that!My hair feels healthy and I def am feeling myself! I definitely found my new hairdresser/salon. Thank you so much Kaila!!

Had a touch up and cut by Madi awesome service and exceptional talent. The team is friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere takes the cake however nothing can compare to the handwork and customer orientated staff. Will be reco to all who ask and will be a regular from now on!

Amazing salon and exceptional customer service. Especially from Kaila, she is truly amazing in her craft and always knows exactly what to do with my hair! She is extremely knowledgable when it comes to any hair type. I have been going to her for a while now and I leave every time loving my hair! The services and atmosphere are immaculate! I would recommend this place without hesitation!

They had no idea what they were doing with my hair. They cut my hair visibly uneven, didn’t know how to blow dry it, and didn’t even finish straightening it (they didn’t straighten the roots at all). Do not go if you have curly hair especially if your hair is anything past 3a even 2 honestly. The customer service was nice but they absolutely messed up my hair and had no clue what they were doing. Do not recommend. I cannot stress enough how bad they did. If you want to feel good about your hair do not go here. This is directed to people with curly hair anything other than straight.I do not trust these people to fix my hair. They demonstrated incompetence. I would have preferred them be honest about the capabilities of there hair dressers then lie and ruin my hair.

Edit: Got a rash on the back of my neck, doesn't seem to be a reaction to the hair dye. Possibly from the towel draped around my neck or the neck rest while getting my hair washed? Knocked off a star.Got a haircut and highlights done by Kaila and I am so happy with the whole experience! Great results, and she patiently explained all the nuances of the process in a way that a noob like myself could understand. You can tell she's genuinely passionate about her craft. Overall staff, ambience, scheduling - everything was fine, and I appreciate that they don't push their products on you aggressively like some other salons do. I wish the pricing was more moderate, but otherwise good, would recommend.

I went here for the first time last weekend, and it was a fabulous experience! Theresa did an amazing job on my hair (it needed a lot of TLC). They are hospitable, honest, and provided a full consultation and quote before starting. I will defiantly be back!

This has been my go to hair salon for about 4 years. Everyone there is so nice and professional. I've had my haircuts done by different hairstylists there and every single time I am blown away with the end results. I highly recommend this place.

I appreciated the easy on-line appointment scheduler.The hot neck towel and shampoo/scalp massage were HEAVEN. I'm very pleased with the cut and really liked the communication of the process of the cut. I'll be back. Thanks, Theresa.

I had an appointment with the Salon at 1 pm. I had to sit n wait one hour. Was attended to only at 2. Ok now they inspect my hair n say that she has no time to do the spiral perm. Well this was the time given to me when I called a week before.Finally talked her to do the perm. Lol.. I went in for a spiral perm n walked out with dreadlocks. Pks see attached picture.. Ok so now i get up n find my clothes soaked and soggy. They had to blow dry me with a hair dryer. I cannot speak for other services but definitely not the salon for spiral perms.
