Drive through available at this location with a patio. Just south of the 401 on James Snow parkway. You need to turn left at the first traffic line going south from the 401. Two unisex washrooms. Not as large as some of the Starbucks I've visited. Had a java chip with no whip. Very soothing on a hot day like today.

They do NOT listen to customers orders. Ive been coming here for the last 6 years and almost every time ive had to repeat myself and have them re do my drink. Its honestly getting ridiculous now . For example today i already gave the drink back through the window to be properly made , and yet they gave me the wrong drink again! I dont know whos training these people but some things have to change. All starts with listening and communicating if youre having trouble hearing the customers order!

This is the worst Starbucks location in Milton. Avoid at all cost. They never have any inclusions. They are obviously under staffed and their current staff hates their jobs. Drive through times are always a min 10 min wait. Just go to Longos on the other side

There is no concern for quality. Staff will serve you messy drinks. I ordered a grande americano with room and the barista poured half of my shot on the outside of the cup. That’s almost $1 with the latest price increases. For this amount of money there should be care taken to ensure the customer gets what they pay for.

Nice location with lots of seating inside and outside. Clean place, friendly staff. Seems like the drive thru sometimes gets a bit more attention than in store? Hard to say. There are two bathrooms, lots of parking, and some coffee and mugs you can buy here. There is also a little bucket for coffee grinds for your garden.

I've been coming here the last 5 Saturday mornings, and have ordered the same thing, grande white mocha with a chocolate croissant. It's been fairly consistent. There was one time that the mocha didn't taste good. Besides that, the service is great, ppl are very friendly, even when it's early morning.

I just left the Starbucks in Milton at James Snow with a latte that was ice cold. I think they pour the cold milk in my cup instead of the steamer. No time to back and complain but not happy about it.

Mya is the most amazing staff! Always so welcoming and helpful. Most importantly always leaving me with a smile on my face! If mya is your barista you know your drink is going to be amazing
