I don’t normally post not-positive reviews, but this is 3/3 times in this store and same service. One clerk at check out (2 registers) helping a customer with a return. Three (3!) other clerks, for 10 minutes, behind the counter while I waited: chatting, getting the phone to make a call, stocking bags, fixing her hair: one even looked right at me, said nothing, and kept fixing her hair. No acknowledgment or anything. I love this store in the SOUTH: always attentive, excellent help and selection. Not here though which is really too bad.

The person who helped me with the change room was nice. But cashiers are blunt and bored yet slightly hostile. Pricing is confusing. I wonder who else would be happy to have my business in this area.

The customer service at this location is hands down worth the drive across town. I live near the Wellington location. Although their service is still good, they don't necessarily go out of their way like the Hyde park location staff do. I had two LOVELY women helping me with swimsuits today, and on top of their regular customer service duties, they offered helpful suggestions and helped me browse to my preference. They were very clear about which ones were nonrefundable and which ones were. I would definitely come to this location for their helpful, kind staff that work here!

Previously in June 2022 I had a bad experience with the staff that worked there and didn’t go back to shop for a while. I’ve recently been back to the store and have had nothing but amazing customer service! They’ve done an entire change over of staff, keep up the great work ladies!

My experience at this store was incredible. This was made possible by the store associate Pauline she helped me so much. Her kindness was greatly appreciated and I can’t express the gratitude I have for her helping such a large girl like me.

After having a horrible experience earlier in another location (check my 1 star review on the location of Wellington Commons Rd.), I was informed of the right policy this time that it is only exchange and no refunds for items on discount. The ladies were very helpful as I tried things on in the fitting room.. then at the time of purchase a very clear line was formed just like any ordinary store should operate (aka no confused customers getting nasty at each other with the employees not doing anything and actually causing it accidentally). I had a pleasant experience overall. If it wasn't for a specific item that I was looking for, I probably wouldn't have bothered coming back. It is only fair I write this review just as I did the other one earlier today.

Fabrics and quality of lounge wear is worth the purchase. For me fits a tad large but still looks and feels good. I am normally a petite and store doesn't seem to offer petite size. A wide selection of swimwear and stylist coverups.

Just want to say a special thank you to Kimi for providing me with the best guest experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. She helped me choose the best items to gift a girlfriend.

Weird store…. limited sizing in bikinis and staff are preoccupied chatting…. waited in line just to purchase a small bikini top just to realize it wasn’t on sale and was priced wrong?!? From $15.99 to $85.00???!! It is not difficult to price things properly… store is a mess and manager was a JERK. Will not return!!
