Olivia and Mike B went above and beyond in helping me coordinate the purchase and delivery of furniture for an elderly woman in need! I had no clue where to start with coordinating things, and they stepped in and not only helped me with a delivery plan, but helped me choose the best quality products that were well within my client’s budget. Absolute top notch customer service here!

Ty was very helpful. He went out of his way to find a matching patio chair cushion for me. When there were no matching ones he gave me a discount.

I went to jsyk for a few items for Christmas. And my sister came along, I was done before her and when I went back in to see how she was doing, she was at the till paying for her items but she was distressed. I asked what was happening and she said she gave the cashier $250 in cash and was looking for change in her purse, when she found it the cashier said $50 was missing. I heard the cashier say there was a 50 bill but accused my sister of taking the money back. Meanwhile we could've left all the items and left the store. But my sister spent the time to pick out the gifts and paid another 50 dollars. The manager wasn't no help at all. I would never let them have my business again. I would never recommend anyone to this store again. Worse experience ever!!!!

Me and my family just moved to Prince George. We were shopping around to buy furniture. We went to JYSK and met Shane over there. We bought bed , mattress coffee table and some other stuffs from there. Shane is so humble and has great personality, moreover he is very very helpful. Every time we need to buy some stuffs for our house I think about JUSK first because of Shane . Most surprising is that whenever I texted him to get some info he instantly replied to my text. He is really amazing…. Thanks a lot to Shane for helping us. We recommend everyone to visit JYSK PG and Shane……

This was my first time shopping in your store. Having just move to Prince George we some new furniture. A young man by the name of John in our purchase. We have to change some of the order and John felt bad for some of the change. But I assured him that was no problem. When my order was delivered as we were unpacking the items there was a box with parts to the bed and in it a lovely not from John. I teased my husband that I received a love letter today and he asks who. I said to him it was from John. I then went back to the store wanting to say thank you to John and tell him of the teasing that gave my husband. But all in all I was very pleased and grateful to John help. I even came back to purchase more things. All the staff were very helpful and informative. Thanks Ann
