They had what I wanted but the salesman wasn't as good a the young guy at Sports Chek, we said we want water proof boots the guy took us to non water proof, Sports Chek the young clerk was awesome

Customer service is better than most marks I've been too, was greeted after a few minutes of entering the store, was offered help after spending a few minutes looking for jackets and was left alone when that person realized I was okay on my own. The girl in the counter helped me out maximizing my work vouchers and applying discount codes and reminding me of my balance I had to use or lose the balance, so I got more stuff. Still had a balance left over, I decided to lose the $13 there wasn't much I cared for under $13. Overall a decent experience.

will not shop at this store even though l have been going there for many years , but yesterday experience was very bad no one knows what is the exchange and return policy .when l asked for the manager a 15 years old girl told l am the manager with broken English then l asked for the store manager he /she wasn't there , for that nothing has been done ,they have wasted my time .. why Marks couldn't find people to work or maybe should change the name to mark child care center instead of being a great clothing store ... suggestion also to replace the store manager for his/her lack of training the employee...

Went in to buy some work pants, needed to use a change room but there was nobody in the store except the one employee at the cash register. Had to wait in line at the checkout for the key to the change rooms. When I went to check out they tried to charge me $10 more than the sticker price. When I mentioned that the price didn't look right, the employee double checked the screen and said the price was $114.99. I pointed to the sticker on the pants and showed her that it said $104.99. She scanned the sticker with her scanner and said the system says it's $114.99

DO NOT SHOP HERE!They wouldn't honour their online sale price then accused me of wearing their product outdoors and refusing to refund me.I received the product by shipping less than an hour ago and only tried them on in my house.The shoes were clearly used and had oil stains on the side.The customer service by their manager was horrible.DO NOT SHOP HERE!

DO NOT go to this store, the sellers are not experienced, they cannot find the goods, I came to change my shoes. they can't, they say you already wore, wore the shoes once, they didn't want to return to change, but what about the laws about the exchange of returns, if they don't fit me, what should I do?
