You wouldn’t believe the install…. The installer drilled his hole for the coax to my living room TV from the basement. The hole was even with the front of my daughters TV stand. Worse part is that he didn’t even need to make a hole. There was one right behind the TV already. We called to complain. They credited them the installation charge for the mess. But never called back like they said they would to come and fix it. 2 months now. Totally unacceptable to get work like this done in your home you just paid $500,000 for to have a hole in the middle of your 80 year old hardwood floor.

Just received a bill for $140 over a month after our services ended. Called to find out what the charges were and they claim we didn’t return our EERO routers/boosters. We absolutely did, they were in the same package as the modem we returned and had confirmation that they received. We have no choice but to pay this fee now or be sent to collections. Your service is so poor that you need to lie and cheat to make money now. We moved and spent $300 on Google modems/boosters. I wish I HAD taken your EERO ones now that I am paying for them. What a terrible company. Glad to have moved out of your service territory and will never move back.

Absolutely horrible company. I tried to get the service installed at our trailer, only because it's one of the only options in the park. Scheduled install appointment for Monday between 8:30am - noon. I took the day off work to be there. No one showed up. No one called. Nothing. So I rescheduled to the following Friday between noon - 5pm. Once again, I took another day off work to be there. By 4:30pm, no sign of the install tech. I called Eastlink to ask if the tech was coming, and with very little sympathy or interest, she informs me that they aren't able to service my lot, so they canceled the appointment on me. No one called me to inform me of that. Completely wasted two days, for nothing at all. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. After reading through some of these reviews, something tells me I dodged a serious bullet by not getting the service.

If I could give a zero star I would. I have had to make 3 separate appointments to try and get someone to hook up my service and each time there has been an issue as to why they can’t do it. They had 2 different opportunities to access the property to see what they need. Their tech guy called me today to tell me he couldn’t complete the service again because he couldn’t access the telephone pole safely with a ladder or something like that. He didn’t even come out, which means they knew beforehand that this was going to be an issue. They have been there 2 others times, they should have known this already. Was told they could have a truck come by tomorrow. I asked him why this wasn’t being communicated properly and he says this is what it is he doesn’t want to argue and just hangs up before I could say anything else. Just terrible service. If I could go with a different company I would, but they are the only ones we can get in Aylmer and they know it.

Service is an absolute rip off. My neighbours can get 300mbit cable, yet I pay $106/mo for 10mbit DSL.

Horrible company!!!!!! Canceled my services and 2 months later got another bill. Called in and they said we didnt cancel. Canceled again. then 5 months later i get a call from a collections company saying we owe 3 months and equipment charge. they brought the equipment they can pick it up. i am not going to be responsible for the equipment in the mail. there is no law that says we have to mail it back.

Awful after sale service - the services while I was a customer were good (internet was fast). However, we moved, I packaged up all the equipment into one box, returned it to Canada Post, received a tracking # and returned it. I then get a $282.50 'past due' notice for 5 plug-in eeros/wifi extenders allegedly missing but all the other equipment is marked as having been returned, yet all were in the same box. Too easily, can these companies just toss you to accounts receivable. So, here I am having just paid a bill for equipment that I know was returned as we moved to avoid the hassle of battling a potential collection process --- how sad is that ... avoid Eastlink!!

Absolutely horrible. The price of DSL (allegedly 15 down, 1 up) is over $100 per month. Actual speed tests show a tiny fraction of that. I have been on the phone 3 times for over an hour trying to cancel and get disconnected. I got through to the text chat and they claim they can't process a cancellation. Run away from this company. Starlink RV offers a FAR superior product at comparable price for seasonal homes.

In or about end of July we contacted Eastlink to have internet at our trailer. After long conversation with the representative, our trailer lot was localized and the representative informed me that somebody from installation team would contact me within 2 days. After 2 days I called again and the representative said 10 days. After 10 days, nobody contact me and I called again. The representative said 10 business days. Today it is more than 45 days and nobody contacted me. My family and I are very disappointed with Eastlink neglect treatment. We were expecting professionalism from Eastlink but every time spent with Eastlink representative gave us the impression that Eastlink was doing a favor to us and not providing a paid service. So disrespectful and neglectful.
