I bought a enjoi board off these guys, new trucks ,couple pears of cloths on the way out kid asked if I wanted hardware , said he couldn't hook" them up after spending over 200 dollers that day

Love this shop, came here for shoes a couple weeks ago and the staff helped me pick out the perfect pair! Even better their shop always has sales on, so I got 25% off. I’d recommend this West 49 to anyone ☺️

The prices at this store seemed higher than they should have been. The manager could use some basic human relations skills but he is quite young. I wouldn't shop here. I prefer amazon

Staff is very friendly and helpful, but my issue is the ridiculous prices. $60 dollars for a sweater in the adult sizes, but only the child size options are on sale for $20. It's the exact same piece of clothing except for the size. There's nothing that can justify the completely over priced merchandise when there are stores with very similar items in terms of quality that have lower prices.Once again though there's no issue with the staff, this is about the store as a whole. Unbelievable.

They closed the fitting rooms today despite not being busy and several staff in store. I was told to either just buy and return the items or too bad. Well too bad I am not driving back for that kind of hassle. Sale or no sale i left my items and walked out AND I will Never come back. In all my 60 years have I never heard of something so inane. With a mall that’s dying, that’s how you attract business I rather go to another city than put up with this crap.

Best place to shop for any boys!! Have the best men's selection!! And great skater shoes!! Love their Thrasher choices and expensive brands that I cant find anywhere else!!
