not being allowed to bring guests into a room you pay for his crazy. rooms were gross, wallpaper peeling. Common room is under construction for my entire stay there & still not finished.rude staffLook into foundry or some other type of offsite living!

I stayed here in summer, like a hotel. The good parts - it was cheap, well located off the highway, and the accommodations had a full-sized fridge which was great for us. We saved on the cost of food. The downside - the rooms were dated (ie peeling wallpaper), after day one they didn't make the beds (not sure if that was a plan) and the TV quality was terrible. But, it was cheap, and it was what I expected it to be. I would return.

My sister lives in the orillia residence and they have had no hot water since November and it’s still not fixed. Absolutely crazy.

Staff were great to speak to about pricing and times available for short term rentals when school is out!

They did not refunded my deposit money which was $200. Totally dishonest business. Rude staff, unclean room and crack addicted roommates. They did not even listen. There is such a high turnover. Scandalistic company. $900 per month is just ridiculous. Just realized nobody mentioned about there is only one kitchen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

26C in the room and no AC. They haven't turned it on yet. We can only heat the units. Gotta lose a star for that.Tv sucks. The channel guide doesn't match the channels available.Otherwise room is good. Separate bedrooms, fridge+freezer and microwave in suite.No tub, only shower.

helpful staff. It was very clean and tidy. i highly recommended if your looking for a afforable , budget fruendly place to stay in summer.

If your not picky over sleeping and accommodations this place is about as cheap as it gets for just rest and go.. it's a cozy, it's not the Ritz here but it does the job for sleep and go explore all day type place with affordable prices. There is a shared kitchen with multiple appliances for use, laundry facility on first floor but I don't like the fact that to if you had to wash on load at $2.10 and dry for $1.50, the systematic way to achieve that is to load a minimum of $10 card which gets dispensed through a machine. This is useful for those staying a week long using laundry area multiple times but not for couple night stays with one use.

Honestly, I'm staying here now, and I wish I had booked something else. I came here because it's the only hotel in the north end, but it is so dark and depressing. Every corner is shadowy, the outer walls are concrete, and the interior walls are covered in wallpaper, literally peeling off the walls. Every horizontal surface is short, counters, toilets, and sinks. I have to bend down to do anything. I feel bad for students who have to stay here.
