I could not have asked for a better realtor and advisor to help me successfully purchase my first home. I was a young first time buyer, not familiar with the area, and intimidated by the process. Dee was referred to me by a family friend and helped me navigate the ins and outs of the real estate market, while always ensuring I felt comfortable and understood the steps. I am grateful to her for setting aside an entire day for showings to help me find my dream home, and she was also checking new listings throughout the day. She managed to secure a last minute showing for me, which ended up being the house my offer was accepted on. Couldn't be happier...I bought a house (long distance) from Dee as my agent in Nova Scotia as I'm in Ontario. She was so patient and thorough.
