Honestly the course it's beautiful, well maintained,and challenging but doable. The biggest downfall this course has is the staff. The guy in the pro shop.... My god what a pice of work. Extremely rude and disrespectful. It's a big shame and probably the biggest reason the course has such low stars. Unless you want to be argued with or put down I would say pass on this course.

If you don’t mind playing a 5+ hr round on a Saturday at noon this is the course for you. The course in it’s self is amazing very challenging, interesting holes, and the greens are in great shape. Tee decks are kept well and overall the course is in very above average conditions. Management on the other hand is a joke. Hard to communicate with a manager when you tell him at the turn it’s been 2 and a half hours and he laughed at you and tell you it’s running at a 4:20 pace… meanwhile it took us closer to 5 hours and 30 minutes to finish. Great course don’t play when it’s booked.

Course is in good condition and a nice layout. However, the course management is horrible. Over 5 hours to play the course this morning. When we complained to the starter after nine, he simply shrugged it off and said there is nothing we can do....we have no marshals. At the end of the round, the staff in the Pro Shop basically just stared at us in silence....they didn't care. I would not recommend this course.

Great golf club we'll maintained with fast greens. Not for beginners plenty of elevation changes and many holes where drives over 180 make par possible. Be warned #10 is a legitimate par 6

What a treat this course is! The staff is fantastic, the course impeccable, and just an exceptional over all experience. Would come back everyday if I could. Keep up the great work and get rid of the tree on the right on 12 and it’s a 6 star experience!

Really enjoyed the course, the layout is well designed. Hole#10 is my favourite, you may score -2 with a perfect first shot. Lots of elevation changes, drive carefully on the car path.

This course is in phenomenal shape. It has been an extremely dry Spring and Summer but they've clearly been watering the course as the grass is lush in all the right spots. So many of the other courses in the area are dried out and as hard as concrete. Mystic has nice soft fairways and greens. The bunkers are also well manicured and have the proper sand. Something that most other courses can't seem to get right. There shouldn't be stones in traps. It's so nice playing a course that the maintenance crew actually takes pride in maintaining.

Golf course is pretty good for a public course. 7/10 for the golf. However, the “general manager” was extremely rude when my friends and I were being kind after there was a mistake from their end about tee time dates. The staff is no higher than a 1/10. Honestly would not go back just because of the manager.

Seems like everyone here agrees that this course has a big issue.... and its the staff. Stubby needs to take it down a hundred... he only has one of the easiest jobs out there.Course is 4+ stars, tough but playable, long and in good shape. Lots of different looks out there. Definitely not boring. The par 6 is a killer but awesome. With Covid i'm sure the course is getting beat up with all the extra golfers out there but the maintenance guys are doing a good job.I'll definitely be back but maybe afternoon when all the grumpy guys are napping.
