I joined Tribe Fitness in Feb 2022 and honestly it is the best decision I have made. I was actually contemplating joining for almost 3 years and my only regret is not joining sooner. As a mom of 2, life can be busy and it is hard to put your health first but I decided I needed to change that. Now I couldn't be more grateful and proud of being apart of the Tribe Family.This is the strongest I have felt physically, mentally and emotionally and I am amazed at what I am capable of doing. I used to be intimidated of the gym but working out with Tribe Fitness is life changing. It is such a warm, positive and encouraging space. You are surrounded with like minded people who are all there to achieve their own personal goals. Everyone is supportive and there is absolute no judgement.And of course Maria is honestly the best, she pushes you and believes in you; she makes you realize that you are capable of so much more as long as you are willing to put in the work. She is the best mentor and coach. She personalizes the workouts according to your fitness level. She is always checking in post workout to see how you are doing/feeling. She is also checking to ensure you form is correct and gives 1:1 instruction. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and wellness.In the few months I have worked out I am almost down 10 % body fat and almost 10 lbs, and this is just the beginning :)Thank you Maria for being amazing and supporting me in my health and wellness journey!

My girlfriend convinced me to tryout Maria's class over a year ago when I had not worked out in years and was unmotivated to invest in my physical health. I got along with Maria straight away and have not looked back. She's great at knowing when to push and when to pull back to keep me engaged in my workouts. She introduced me to new exercises and corrected me on old ones I've been doing wrong my whole life. She taught me about nutrition, mindfulness and overall well being. I got way more out of this than I expected. I even met my new best friend in her class! I highly recommend. Thanks Maria!

Maria is wonderful with full of energy. In just 5 months my blood sugar and cholesterol reduced a lot. I felt strong and my body fat reduced by 5%. Would recommend for anybody looking to get started or continue on their fitness journey.

I am so glad I found Maria. I joined Sept 2021, was 8 months post-partum and haven’t worked out years. In the past, I tried to work out at home and I’ve tried a personal trainer at another gym but I would lose motivation and find every excuse to not go. I knew I needed help and I found Maria on IG. I contacted Maria and she invited me to do a free trial with her. So I went and I really enjoyed her energy. She is fun and friendly and her workouts are always different each time I go so it doesn’t get boring. She sometimes messages me the next day after a workout to see how I am feeling. I also liked working out in a small group. There’s a lot of moms that I’ve met at Tribe Fitness and seeing them working hard and getting strong is inspiring. I highly recommend Maria as a personal trainer.

awesome trainer AND atmosphere! Would recommend for sure!3 months ago I was talking to my besti about finding a personal trainer and we found Maria, Tribe Fitness!I used to be a low energy, not confident, out of shape person. I have never had personal training experiences or been to a gym myself. I had no idea how to work out nor use the equipment before training with Maria.Maria has been a great teacher. She has such POSITIVE mindset and attitude. She always encourage us whenever we feel down. She modify work out plans base on how your feels that day, she follows up with your soreness after work out, she shares her work out experiences when you unsure and etc. She definitely is the BEST PERSONAL TRAINER!!For me, lost 10% BF after only 2 months and half training with her. And we will achieve more! Can not wait to convert my lifestyle with HER. Happy to be family member of TRIBES!!!

Maria is professional, intelligent, passionate and most importantly a kind and friendly person who makes you feel comfortable and supported. She knows exactly how to cater to your fitness and health goals and always encourages you to push your limits to reach your greatest potential. As a beginner with lack of knowledge around fitness equipment and how to properly workout, Maria never fails to provide a comfortable, accommodating and non-judgemental atmosphere to train. She pushes you the right amount and knows how to challenge you and your body to achieve the most out of your workouts. I always break a sweat in her class and leave feeling so good about myself. One of the best decisions of my life was starting my fitness training at Tribe Fitness with Maria. After explaining to Maria about my lower back pain, neck pain, and my fitness goals, she listened actively and got me doing exercises to help me in those areas. I thought I was decently fit before, but boy was I wrong. I’d also never done barbell training before, so it was intimating at first, but through Maria’s guidance and encouragement they have since become my favorite exercises to do.I enjoy the different formats of training every class. You get to do different exercises every time and learn new workouts, so it doesn’t get repetitive and it makes it fun. The small class size is also great. You get the time and space to focus on yourself, but also able to feed off the energy of other people to make you want to train harder and the time you’re there enjoyable.It’s been about 1 year since I started going to Tribe, and I never felt better about my body. I feel stronger, more confident, and best of all, all the pain in my body is minimal now.
