Do NOT let KEN do your nails.(Photos are from a previous visit that went ok, with a different nail tech.)I have un-even, bumpy and horribly sculped nails..Had to supervise him the whole time, asking him to keep fixing the nails.. they barely look professionally done, and I only got these semi passible nails by telling Ken over and over again to fix, reshape and repaint them...Update: they are lifting and the index finger on my right hand had a small cut that has gotten really sore since he hurt it..- Will see how my next appt goes - seeing him to get them fixed.

I had Dominique as my nail tech for a pedicure. She did a fantastic job and was hilarious and fun. Very clean and professional establishment, I like the footbath setup. It is aesthetically pleasing to me. I'm also very pleased with the eyebrow waxing I've had a couple times in the past. I really recommend this salon.

I booked a full set gel nails, the nail tech argued with me saying they loked fine and she was only going to do a fill. I told her no, I want a new set, my nails had already been filled 2x at anothersalon. She then said well, I don't have time, which I replied, that is what I booked for. She ended up doing the full set but she was very rough with me pulling on my hand roughly. I also had to tell her to Drexel my old nails down because she was prying the old nails off and taking layers of my natural nail. Horrible experience, very cheaply done and they charged me 73$!!! Which is way too much. This place is very unprofessional.

Truly worst pedicure I've ever had. Firstly, do not go off the website for the price. I ended up having to pay $10 more than expected and the lady at the front told me that's just how it is and that the website has been wrong for a while.Was the quickest pedicure I've ever had, so definitely not worth the price. Didn't spend much time on massage or anything, was in and out in 30 mins.Not the techs fault of course but if you are pregnant or larger, the pedicure is a horrible experience as the back rest is so straight (have never been to a place that doesn't have chairs that lean back) and I am 9 months pregnant and was not able to put both my feet up at the same time because my belly was in the way and she kept telling me I needed to put my feet straight but I just simply couldn't. I called before to ask if they had a massage chair which they said yes but it's not, it's just a vibrator chair.4 days before I have my baby and was hoping for a nice and relaxing pedicure but walked out of there in so much pain, it was horrible.Wanted to try this place for a while but I really regret it.

Treats employees badly, they get no breaks and they won’t send T4’s to ex-employee’s when they ask multiple times. Bad salon bad employer

Got my nails done with my sister and the technician Anna was screaming at another technician while she was doing her nails which didn’t sit right with me it was so uncomfortable.. fast forward one week one of my nails broke I went back to get it fixed as they were only a week old and I would have a hard time colour matching if I went somewhere else and didn’t want to have to pay for a whole new set after a week .. I asked if she could shorten my other nails a bit while I was there ( I fully didn’t mind paying for all of this) .. the lady just shortened all my other nails to match the broken one and they were not even and looked awful.. when she said she was going to change me after the state my nails were in I asked her to at least make them all straight even if they were all diffident lengths ( at least I’d have time to make an appointment elsewhere) she straightened ONE!! I use to come here ever two weeks and almost every time I would bring someone with me .. I will NEVER step foot in this place again and will be telling everyone I know about my experience!

Pink and white are the worse salon I've been too. They use really bad chemicals in There's salon that gives me a wicked headache not only that they do not know how to work with diabetic patients. Nail tech always gave me an ingrown toenails.

I've had my nails done by one of the techs at this business, and after a few days, the shellac started chipping and cracking. I called to voice my complaint. To which they offered to fix for free. I thought, oh that's perfect. Only to get there and have 3 nails fixed, the tech that did the original bad job hovering over, making me feel uncomfortable. And now I'm home with more chipped and cracking nails the next day after rushing a fix and not caring or listening.I've been coming there for 4+ years, and let me tell you, I will not be back. Oh, and the nails they fixed" are now sore and painful. They also acted like it was my fault the job was done horrible. Last I checked
