Awesome job! They were very quick to respond to emails, and ended up being able to get an appointment the next day for my piercings. Alex did my piercings and he was amazing, showed me all the sealed needles, and explained what he was going to do. Very clean and professional. Will be back for sure in the future!Just went back today (April 4, 2018) to get another piercing. This time Jake helped me and he was awesome! He was quick, clean and told us what he was doing during the process. My previous piercings healed so well, too! Thanks guys!! Definitely recommending you to others!

I just had my first tattoo done. The staff at Dragon Ink were amazing. They were friendly, patient and explained everything to us step by step. Jake did an amazing job on my tattoo and the lady at the front was super nice. While we were there, the owner of the place had come in and she was very nice and professional. The place was clean. I would definitely recommend this place!!! Thanks again for making my tattoo experience a great one!

This place is great, sterilization and customer service is on point. I had my 5 month olds ears pierced there. Jake had patience and understanding he did such an amazing job. Jake is also the one that did my tattoo. Will be booking my mother with Sebastian for a detailed portrait of my late brother. This place has now become very personal to us. Won't dare go anywhere else. Keep up the great work!

Great experience. Jake did a sibling tattoo for myself and my sister today. We were so happy with the outcome. The staff are caring and accommodating to their clients. My sister was feeling super queasy half way through her tat. One of the staff members ran down to the store to grab her a sugary drink and snacks, and Jake waited until she was ready to start again with no pressure on time. I've already got tat number 5 in my head and I absolutely know that I will be going back to dragon ink!

Took my 2 year old and 3 year old daughters to have their ears pierced. The team was amazing. Jake was very professional and really good with my girls. While my older daughter was calm and brave, my younger daughter was nervous and kicked up a bit of a fuss. Jake kept his cool and I didn't feel at any time like we were being pressed or like we were forcing her. Both girls are very excited about their new earrings, and say they look like princesses. Very impressed and very happy I chose Dragon Ink for my girls.

I had booked an appointment about 6 weeks ago to get a tattoo, hoping to catch a promotion by getting tattooed by their apprentice Jake. Unfortunately, due to injury, I missed my appointment. However, when I checked availabilities this weekend (via Dragon Ink's live chat feature on their website which is an awesome way to boost user experience on their website as well) and owner Sandi welcomed me back excitedly. I was told I wouldn't be able to get the promotion purely based on availability which was fine by me but when I got there, they worked it out for me anyway! I already had the best customer service I've had at any parlour and I haven't even been tattooed yet.Once in the chair, Jake the apprentice was warm and talkative, explaining everything he was doing as he was doing it and very obviously putting in great effort and care in my tattoo. It's a small piece and is basically all line work so any mistakes would be very obvious. He did an amazing job, and I'm so so so impressed with his skill and his demeanour. I highly recommend requesting to work with Jake. He's a great artist and person, and giving him as much experience as possible would be a gift to all in the tattooed community.As it happens, I have never been to the same tattoo parlour twice, simply because I like to compare and contrast service and experience and this is the first time I have definitely seriously going back to somewhere I've already been for both new tattoos in the future and fixing other tattoos I've gotten in the past. The place is clean, the staff are very kind and helpful, and the overall experience was one I would recommend to anyone looking to get tattooed.I cannot say enough great things about Dragon Ink. Can't wait to return!

Me and my mom went on Saturday for the 1st time to get our tattoos done. We were as scared as you can be but after meeting with Jake, it was the most pleasant experience for us. He was friendly and very professional; he knows what he is doing and he made sure every step of the way we understood what was happening. Our tattoos looked so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Great place, very clean and friendly staff. We highly recommend this place and will be getting more tattoos soon!!!!  Thank you, Jake!!!

Brought my 5 year old daughter here to have her ears pierced. Jake was fantastic with her even though we only got one done that day. He let us come back the following day to get the second one done and, although it took some finessing, he was super patient and kind to her. Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for piercings, and would absolutely come back here if I decide to get anymore for myself. Shop was super clean and Jake opened the fresh needles and new jewellery right in front of us.

Came here to get a small tattoo on my wrist last week.They are super nice and helpful, Jake was very nice and patient, I wanted to see how my tattoo looks like in different sizes and he patiently made different stencils so that I can decide.They also have a lot of books and artworks for you to choose from, a nice seating area.Definitely reccommend it!

Have the worlds worst Anxiety and Panic Disorder possible... finally had the courage to go and get my Navel pierced and I could not in any way have had better service. THIS PLACE IS 5 STARS !!!!!!!!! The staff is beyond, beyond kind, beyond understanding, super chill and funny! The atmosphere and environment they provide is beyond calming, safe, CLEAN, and friendly.The staff go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure their clients are comfortable, offering to hold my hand, distract me, totally understanding to my anxiety disorder and run me through the entire process. Within the minutes I was there, I received the best possible service someone could ask for. I would 10000% recommend this shop to ANYONE I know, or asking!Side note: Cleanest place I have ever been in. Everything was sterile, brand new, cleaned. Including the chair I sat in. Very impressed with the stores upkeep and professionalism.
