I’m very grateful to Brian and Brandon for repairing my vehicle on time and under “budget”. I took it in for a problem another mechanic diagnosed and to have the rear axle assessed. I wasn’t surprised that the bearings and brakes needed doing (urgently) but was pleasantly surprised that the other problem was not actually an issue. I really appreciate that there was no attempt to oversell - and they switched out my summer tires for winters. The car drives like a dream and is so quiet! Thanks guys – I’ll be back and am sending recommendations to you.

Everyone who works at KC Automotive are the absolute best. Amazing and honest people. They treat their customers with complete respect and understanding. They talk to their customers as people not look at them as just dollar signs. They give honest advice and opinions about the work needed on your vehicle and do not rip you off. I highly recommend this business to anyone who asks me about a good place to take their vehicle.

Excellent first experience at KC Auto, they got me into the shop right away to assess the problem to make sure the vehicle was safe. I appreciate them taking a quick moment to look it over and then have me back later for an appointment. Great customer service!

My mother called to make an appointment because she started hearing noises from her wheel somewhere. Kyle literally drove to her house to check the vehicle to make sure it was safe for her to drive it in for service. Amazing. Always fair prices and like everyone else has said, they fix the problems and bill you accordingly. I have never been upcharged or anything. just does what needs to be done. love them!
