Pods Québec

This Google result shows an address at 330 Rte. 132 in Saint-Constant, Quebec (and one in Montreal) but they don’t service the South Shore of Montreal and these locations don’t exist. Their website states that they serve ALL cities on the South Shore but none of the postal codes are accepted and you are redirected to US locations. I called them to ask about these locations and the CS rep was rude, could barely speak French (I chose the French option) and he told me that Google was wrong.

They serve only select parts of Ontario not in my area inspite of putting an addressed flyer in my mailbox and won't deliver to Quebec.

I was home alone when the company arrived to deliver the POD for the woman taking over my apartment in July.When the man arrived, I tried to tell him where the landlord had said the container could go to avoid blocking the parking spots for the downstairs tenants and to avoid blocking our own moving truck. The man from PODS was extremely rude, told me he and only he was going to decide where it went, regardless of who it bothered.He also cursed at an elderly man in a wheelchair who was coming to visit his daughter next door, yelling at him to get out of his way.He was also not wearing a mask or gloves or any kind of protective equipment.I have nothing against this company per se, and I am not the one who hired them so I can't speak to their pricing or efficiency, but if these are the types of invidividuals in their employ, I wouldn't want to be the one dealing with them.

Do not Park your trucks at intersections! If I see you do this again, you will be explaining to the government why you can't follow basic traffic laws.
