Great bubble tea and panini! Love the atmosphere and setting. We ordered two all fruit bubble teas and a smoked beef panini. Both drinks and food were refreshing and delicious. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Great service and a really good variety of teas and bubble teas. Nice place to sit and enjoy a lunch (wraps and salads looked delicious!) And everything is reasonably priced. We will be back here again for sure!

It has pretty good food, and is very clean, but absolutely no real sense of atmosphere. Many times, the atmosphere contributes greatly to the experience that a customer has. I liked the fact that you could substitute naan bread for other sandwich bread types.

A quiet and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy lunch or a snack. Outstanding sandwiches and a huge selection of teas! Bubble teas and coffees are also their specialty. Great staff. Highly recommended!

Came in on a cold winter night for the first time in Feb. The ceaser salad was excellent and the chamomile tea was lovely. Prices were reasonable, service was great. For a bit there I thought the place was too hot , then I realized the cozy fireplace and the hot tea had fully defrosted me, and moved to another spot. What a great place to relax and read a few chapters while enjoying a nice cuppa. Some places have music too loud for me to read, here it was an ideal fit. Looking forward to my next 'treat me' night at the Tea Palace.

I am never disappointed in this place, however, the most recent time I went, we ordered 3 bubble teas and 2 chicken ranch paninis. There were only 2 orders in front of us and we had to wait 20+ mins. They checked on us twice, but what was really disappointing was even though it was a bit of a wait, the way the chicken was cut was terrible. 80% of the sandwich was inedible. We were there on the 12th. I just hope whoever did this gets taught to cut chicken better, because it was rubbery and I wasn't even able to bite into it. My boyfriend said it was the tendon and they hadn't cut it properly. Very disappointed. I hope future visits are better than this one. I lost my appetite and I've never had that happen here before.

Great place to have a nice tea and relax with family/friends. Great music and ambiance. They also have board games.They also sell loose leaf tea in here as well as tea accessories.

It was alright I had the beef wasabi sandwich and a beverage but it felt expensive what what I got. The sandwich and a can of pop was just over $12. The atmosphere is nice and quiet but it isn't something I would seek out specifically on a given day. We popped in because it happened to be close wasn't a chain place and my friend wanted a bubble tea so in that regard it was good for what we needed

Cappuccino and the chicken avocado wrap are both delicious. Lovely to see so many thriving plants throughout the space. Homemade quality down to the nann bread for the wrap.
