If I have urgent and call him, he will explain to me patiently until the answer resolves my confusion.On the day of inspection, Paul and Connor showed up on time and they spent about 3 hour to check every details of house and answer every questions about my new house. Paul and his assistant came to our home to conduct a 30 day Tarion new home inspection. He was prompt, thorough, and very helpful in answer many questions. Additionally, he provided information on items in our neighbourhood that might impact us. Very happy with the service.

Paul went above and beyond in giving us honest advice after we put in an offer on a home built in the 1850’s. He is as comfortable working on newly built homes as he is comfortable dealing with the intricacies and complications that can come from an older home. Not only does he know what to look for, he did research into the home prior to the inspection and was able to provide us with facts, information and expert advice. He was able to point out and find a major issue that had been hidden by the vendor, which then made us reconsider our decision on going through with the purchase of the home. Mr. Wilson and his assistant conducted a detailed inspection of our new home. They were always professional in their approach and we were provided with a detailed report. We hired Paul Wilson and his associate Connor to inspect a home that we were conditionally purchasing a couple weeks ago. Paul was quick to respond to my voicemail and was very accommodating with setting up our inspection. He was able to accommodate our short window of opportunity for the inspection. After giving Paul details of the property he quickly informed me that the home was in an area that had previously experienced sewage backup in 2009. Which gave me ample opportunity to investigate the flood and do some research on what precautions were taken by the City of Ottawa to ensure this was not going to happen again.
