Dr.Chen is very professional, detail-oriented, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Chen took his time explaining any questions we had. He pointed out small details. The report we got back was extremely thorough. It took him a long time driving to our house, and he traveled back finishing the report for us the same day. The report is very easy to understand and goes over everything we need to know with helpful recommendations. Very appreciate for his diligence work. I would highly recommend Dr. Chen to anyone who needs a house inspection.

Dr. Chen is very professional, he pays attention to details and do every step according to the building code. I have been contacting him several times and changed time schedule several times because of the delayed renovation. He has got no problem at all. Dr.Chen is a very professional and experienced home inspector. This is our second time having him to help us on home inspection. He helped us checking every single details in the house, gave us a lot of valuable suggestions on how to maintain a good condition of the house. Could not be happier with the home inspection that Feng provided (August 2018). Our realtor recommended him as they had been very happy with his work. He was super thorough going through and explaining every consideration/concern he had with the house and the same evening he emailed a written report complete with photos and notes. His price was very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend his services!
