I bought my first home here in Sylvan Lake and I used Morgan Rouillards office because it would be cheaper if buyer & seller used same lawyer,But then because I'm terminally ill ( with Alot of Dr,s appt )I PREPAID $600 / For my Will to be done.Unfortunately I wasn't quit ready to make a dession on witch Adult Child I would leave in Charge after Im gone,I had called in and explained this , we rebooked for Augest 20th and my Daughter was siting here when I ASKED THEM TO CALL ME THE DAY BEFORE ,,FOR I HAVE ALOT OF APPTS TO DEAL WITH !!!They agreed and the call NEVER CAME!I had called in on the 22nd of Augest thinking I should make sure ONCE AGAIN , Only to hear they were docking me $350.00 out of my $600.00 PREPAID WILL!!!!Im exstreamly angry at this and Im going to write Better Buisness Brueal because this to me wasn't FAIR AT ALL...they make enough money they don't need to dip into ppl,s WILL $$ AND THEY WERE IN THE WRONG TO BEGIN WITH

Yesterday, I visited to the Rouillard Law office as I booked to get Certified True copy for just only a paper of document. I was waited inside of the meeting room for a few minutes and a Lawyer stamped with his signature. After then I got charged as $52.50. I shocked and doubt myself with the payment. Because,I got some experience with other Law firms that they charged only $25 for 5 papers of document. My friends said, obviously I got over charged. I got upset with them:(

We used this office for our recent home sale and purchase. They were great to work with and made the process easy.

Lani was very knowledgeable and brought up many things we never thought of. Attended this office for Wills, living, and final. Totally satisfied especially with a reasonable cost.

This Lawyer is honestly fantastic & displayed professionalism and humour when I was in a hurry to return to work. Also, she has the cutest senior dog. My issues and the reason for this review is due to the reception. Both times I walked into the office, I wasn’t greeted while someone was present. I then proceeded to stand awkwardly until I was. Lawyers are expensive and I see value in customer service from the front end.

I am extremely satisfied with their service. I have been using this firm for quiet some time. They are very professional, well organized and have handled my case pretty well. I cannot be more staisfied the way they have dealt with me. Would definitely recommend!!
