I’ve appreciated Dr. Kendell’s approach with chronic eye issues in my kiddo. Having solutions that evolve with her age and personality. It’s really made what could be a frustrating situation easy.He’s personable and reasonable and my prescriptions have always been what we’ve needed.

My prescription was way off kilter. My glasses cost a thousand bucks, and that didn't include frames. When I went to discuss it with him I was met with a wall of ego in the form of blame shifting, denial, and even some gas lighting where he tried to convince me I was asking too much. I paid a different optometrist for a proper prescription and my amazing optician, optika, is going to fudge the warranty rules in hopes I won't have to pay for new lenses. I went to this guy because he was near my house. Don't go there, he's a hack.
