I wanted to look at the body jewelry, the first employee I asked was nice and went to go get the manager, but the manager was super rude. I wanted to compare two different studs, and so I asked her if I could grab them. She said no (which I understand) but then when I told her which ones I wanted she told me to wait and I was going too fast in a really rude tone. After looking at the first pair she made me put them back before I could grab another one, but then just started locking up the case. I told her I still had one to look at and she grabbed it for me but not before telling me that it was SUPER busy and she didn't have time for this.If that's how you talk to customers, I can't even imagine how you talk to your employees. I don't think I've ever had an employee be that rude to me, especially unjustified.

Cool store with lots of gift ideas and cool novelty items.

Becareful when you shop this location they play games with the prices and promotions. Was trying to buy 2 clearance t shirts marked 26.99 signs say buy one get one for a 1$ on clearance. Normal price tees are usally but 4 get one free but beening Canada Day weekend they changed it to buy one get one for 40 percent off on the regular price one so what they did is raise the price of the cleaner tops and took away the clearance deal. Even thought they are slcreance with the tags they scan at full price and only for the promo on the regular price ones. They play games I won't be shopping this location any more. The price they tag the items ls not way you pay but more. I will be contacting head office just to let them know. This location is very shady.

Cool feeling and niche items. No real sales even with sale signs. Best music so far. Love how the store evolves. Good buyers and the darkness inside isn’t a turn off.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Even when busy they are great. Always have what I am looking for in their jewelry section. Thank all!

Store was very disorganized and cluttered. Not very much walking room and empty merchandise boxes scattered around the store.

Awesome store with a great selection of novelty items including mugs, t-shirts, shot glasses, incense burners, jewelry, and intimate items. For individuals that can find fun and humour in everything, and don’t mind crude humour, this shop will have something for you.

Went early to pick up items. The person working seemed so much not into working today. The music was a little heavy for 10 am. They do have cool unique items and I do enjoy the variety, but maybe tone down the music early in thw day and ramp it up after lunch.
