Well-kept gear, unbeatable prices, friendly staff, and owner even went out of his way to accommodate me. Overall 10/10 experience, I will for sure rent from these guys again.

Don't risk your production by renting from here. Lack of communication with the staff about the status of rental, and they waited until the day of pick up, when I showed up at the place, to tell me that my rental wasn't there. Sure the employee tried to call around to see if he could find another one but it was a Saturday, and everything was closed. They waited until I showed up to try to fix the situation, even though they knew from three days previous that there was a chance my rental wouldn't be returned in time. When I showed up, the guy seemed confused that I had rented something, so it seems theres a lack of communication between the employees as well. There were mistakes made on their part that are hard for me to look past. This whole situation cost me my production, as we were expecting the equipment, and were not told in advance that we wouldn't receive it. I wouldn't risk renting from here again.

The process in renting the equipment to returning it was super simple, and the guys in the store were super friendly and knowledgeable! I got to test out thousands of dollars of equipment for a bit over a hundred dollars. Definitely worth if you’re looking to do a single shoot or want to experiment and see what lenses are to your liking.

I recently celebrated my 30th birthday here with my friends and family and it was PERFECT.The venue was more than amazing. Dance floor, kitchen area, even the uniqueness of it all for beautiful selfie moments. The location was the best as well for ample parking space!The owners of the venue was gracious and kind and over the top professional - open communication anytime, and recieved our deposit back real quick after the event.All my guests were just in awe :) and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to celebrate a milestone here.Thank you all so much!

This is such a unique spot for an event! We used BC Studio for my fiancée’s 30th birthday and it was the perfect setup. There’s ample room for your guests to mix and mingle. You don’t need a ton of decor because the venue is super aesthetic with lots of opportunities for photo ops! Kennedy was a very responsive host. He even helped us with setting up the speakers to our iPhone and as someone who is technologically challenged, I really appreciated it! The only thing I would recommend is asking for help with setting up the projector beforehand if you intend on using it :)

I was about to leave 5-star for this venue but have no choice but to deduct 3 as not having my full deposit back after my event and also not receiving any response to my email after a few weeks. Renters be aware that the owner may enforce rules that are not discussed beforehand in the agreement. They did charge us for strangers in the lobby who opened the store’s door during our rental time and have never been granted access to the venue. I have also asked for a camera check to count the total number of people but the owner has not agreed to do that. Costumers here are renting and responsible for the studio spaces & facilities and not the full building!

I would like to thanks the owners and staff of BC studios for providing me and my SO such a wonderful venue and experience for our friends, family and loved ones. Highly professional and reasonable, made the process of looking for the right venue possible. My deposit was received back to me within a short time from the event, including a receipt and email.

This was my first time renting from BC Studio and they were great - fast, professional and overall easy to work with. Their prices were better than the places I had used before. They shipped the lens to me and were accommodating in allowing for transit time, etc. They've now become my starting point for equipment rentals.

Don’t rent here. Showed up for my rental and they told me it’s still out for repair. No one let us know it was out for repair, and their excuse is that it was supposed to be back ONE DAY before my shoot. They did not even think there could be a chance of delay in the shipping to let us know for a back up plan. I was given no alternative, and now my production has everything scheduled without my rental. This is money lost on my production and time wasted. Edit: Their excuse is ridiculous as they received the broken product on Wednesday, and really have the audacity to say they thought it would be back from FedEx in time for my Saturday rental. They forgot I even had a rental for it when I showed up, triple checking we already booked it and asking if we’d already paid for it which we did. That’s what happened plain and simple. They forgot I had a rental and didn’t tell me.
