Needed some work done on my LG dishwasher. Appointment was easy to schedule and was booked for the next day. I was given a two hour window and the technician came on time. The motor on the appliance needed to be changed, the work was done very quickly and care was taken not to damage anything else on the appliance or in the kitchen. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would definitely call them back if any other appliance repairs are needed.

I'm very pleased. When my washer broke, they diagnosed based on the error code, ordered replacement parts, kept me informed of when the parts were expected, when they arrived, and when they could complete the repair. Arrived promptly to complete the repair, tested to confirm it was functional, and provided guidance on future maintenance.When I also asked about replacing the gasket (it was almost 10 years old), ordered the replacement part for me and delivered it to my doorstep at no extra charge.This is how appliance maintenance should be done.

Excellent professional, on the first call already requested the part to fix my dishwasher and just came to fix it. Explain me the warranty of the parts and only charged the labor. Highly recommend his services.

Excellent customer service. Called me and diagnosed my issue over the phone and advised me on my best course of action and said it wouldn't be worth me fixing it.Others wanted to come and charge me over $100 diagnostic fees. I will definitely use Mylee services to fix our appliances in the future.

The technician arrived with all of the parts to complete the repair. He definitely knows his job and was able to have the dryer working quickly. He even asked for a vacuum and cleaned up behind the washer and dryer. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.

We had our 10 year old LG washer fixed (bad drain pump). Excellent service reasonably price … explained the issue over the phone. He ordered a new drain pump and come when it arrived. Very happy with everything.
