The pizza box came damaged and without a seal. No one was helpful kept getting redirected to customer service that does not exist! Don't order from here for your own health and safety! This is my third time ordering and their standards keep dropping and the staff there? Don't even bother.

Shame on me.This is the second time this place has made me end up puking into a bucket amongst other things. First time the dough was raw on an entire pizza, I think it was the wings that were bad this time. Awful!!!

The order taker was rude and didn’t wanted to acknowledge my coupons for free snacks and later told me that “he’s doing a favour by taking my order” that’s the way a guest is treated at this restaurant?After reaching home I found the Pizza base is burnt. And the neither the toppings nor the cheese were appropriate.When someone is buying food for money.. the food should be good. I got insult and cheating for the money I spent for this “PIZZA PIZZA” restaurant located at 1054 Kingston Road.Their Pizza ruined my Kid’s Pizza Party!

I have always loved Pizza Pizza. But I don’t know what happened to this location after renovation. My past two consecutive orders were prepared poorly. I love ordering veg pizza and my order is always same and I don’t know how they mess it up every time. Last time, I ordered large veg pizza with four toppings. I got large pizza with little to no toppings. Pizza only had 4 pineapple pieces in total. Can you believe! But I thought it happens. It’s Okay. I went back today. I placed a same order on phone for pickup. I told them about my last experience. And lady told me on phone. She will inform the team. I was happy, which was not long lived. Came home opened the box. And found a pizza that had majority of toppings as olives. All I can see is OLIVE GARDEN. And I am so done. It was supposed to be my little treat after a long day. 40$ to waste.
