We hired Steve to stucco part of a detached garage we were having repaired. Steve was easy to work and communicate with. The quality of his work was very good and he was tidy when materials were left at the work site. He is experienced and makes good suggestions. We are very happy with the end result.

Steve did an incredible job on a repair of our California stucco. This is a 1960's house and I really didn't have high expectations, but it could not have turned out any better. Steve is a highly skilled contractor and we are very pleased with his work. This was a fairly large patch on the front of our house and I just could not be more pleased.

Provided a reasonable quote to repair several large areas of a stucco wall. Job was completed on budget & am very happy with the final results & clean up from Authentic. Will use again & recommend them in the future.

He matched the patio stucco to patch from door I removed ( I removed kitchen to patio door to extend kitchen cabinets) . Perfect match and stucco was an old design!! I've been in home restoration for 20 years and work with many trades. When I need stucco work done, I always call Steve at Authentic Plaster & Stucco. Prices are fair and they do great work.

Steve is knowledgeable and performs quality work. We had an exterior leak in Feb/Mar that started as a small job but turned into an entire wall teardown & redo. He answered & showed up promptly when called, didn't refuse the small job, and gave a detailed quote. He also explained we had to wait for better weather for the job to be done properly, and what other tradespeople (e.g. gutter guys) I will need to arrange to fully remediate the issue. When he started work and discovered the leak turned out to be a much bigger issue that required a tear down to the frames, Steve diligently explained my new options and then provided a revised quote for the expanded work scope. He also helped me find a framing crew (and with scaffolding equipment too) that promptly took on the relatively small insulation, ESB, and sheathing warp replacement job that needed to be done once he rip apart the stucco walls. The work is complete now and while it's not rain season yet, I don't foresee that wall will cause us issues anymore. Steve did a great job matching the stucco pattern too, so once painted, hardly anyone will be able to spot that replaced wall section is not original.

Steve did a really good job repairing a rock dash stucco patch on our 1929 bungalow.His pricing is reasonable, and the project was completed on time and on budget. The job site was cleaned up while work was being done and after the the work was completed.Thanks Steve for the great work!
