This pharmacy actually cares about you. The level of care is unparalleled. When my daughter came in not feeling well, they camde over to us and tried to comfort her too. They work to ensure your family is healthy. I cannot recommend them enough. Do your family a favour and use Medica.

The nicest people work here. They went above and beyond for me today and I am so grateful. Not just today though, anytime my husband or I have gone in or called, they are always great.The store is super clean and well organized.I definitely recommend them.

I started using this pharmacy awhile ago as my physician is located in the same building. Medica is absolutely phenomenal! The service and the staff are outstanding. They even call you when your medication is low with a refill. I ask how many pharmacies do that? People might comment that they are located on Erie Street, believe me it is worth the drive. I agree with the other review, Medica deserves more than a 5-star rating! Thank you for the excellent service and a staff that goes above and beyond!

Medica Pharmacy is top notch, the staff here are very polite and well educated. They make sure you understand everything before you leave. Low co-pays if any at all. Often times they carry the name brand instead of generic. I would not go to any other pharmacy now that I have found this place. Keep up the good work guys.

I came here with my sister and was amazed at how great the staff is. They are the most friendly and professional pharmacists of all time. They treated my sister like family. Sign me up. I'm new to Windsor and this will be my new pharmacy. Unfortunately she said the clinic portion is really poorly run. Both her and her husband stopped going. It's not the same owner so stick to the incredible pharmacy only.

There is NO other pharmacy my family will ever go to. I've never had a pharmacy care about my family the way they do.Never have to chase doctor for refills, they are on it! Our family recently switched to Medica. It is hands down the very best pharmacy in the city! The staff and service was absolutely excellent. The pharmacist took great patience to review all medications making certain we clearly understood each one. He had them put in blister packs taking all the sorting and guesswork out. I highly recommend this pharmacy and they deliver anywhere- which makes it so convenient. My only regret is we did not switch sooner. Thank you again.

Our entire family switched to Medical several years ago. Excellent customer service, great advice, and fast delivery. They are the best for covid vaccines also. Highly recommend them!
