This man is extremely intolerable on a phone. No one can explain the symptoms of a piping problem to him as he immediately jumps to conclusions and starts to think that we are telling him his job. Furthermore, he's not even a plumber - the people that work for him are the actual plumbers. I wouldn't recommend him. If you really want his business go directly to the real plumbers that he's hired.
