Selection was nice. But I was fitted 2 sizes smaller than I am and nine of the items had fit me. The girl who assisted me grabbed random sizes and never checked them.I'm a 40DD and she gave me 38C and 36D

I don’t want to reveal the cashier’s number here entirely but this cashier ending with 903 was SO RUDE and unprofessional. She spoke condescendingly and despite being wrong about something (confirmed by her manager), she didn’t bother apologizing. She just changed the topic and ignored us to speak to someone else instead while we were speaking to her. If I were to rate her, it would be 1/10. I’m sorry but the staff has been so nice generally (Nick you’re a rockstar), she was just on another level. Not going to get my products checked out with her for sure next time lol.

I’d like to thank Shri, for her amazing customer service, during such a busy holiday season, she helped me with my choices, tried to find the size, and helped me my measurements, as I went back to the store the next day since the cashier had forgotten to check in an item, she apologized on her behalf and reassured me that she would address the cashier’s mistake to the manager. She helped me again to find the right size for the item. I would like to thank her for her outstanding service

Simply HORRIBLE! Associates are rude. I asked one of them whether the item was on sale or not, she rolled her eyes and said “go check the box”. Cashiers’ attitude were even worse. Nobody expects you to be at your best mood, but don’t be so rude to customers. the store, the brand, the whole hype and vibe are lost! Hopefully next shop to close soon!

one of the cashiers that works here, shes brown. i found her pretty rude. doesn’t greet you, has an attitude and just rude. i thought i was the only one that thought this till i saw another review stating the same thing. it sucks because the other workers are nice, helpful and always smiling. but just something about that cashier is just very unwelcoming and just rude. will not come back to shop here for that reason.

Very poor location. Fitting rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned for like 20 years Customer service is laughable. If you don’t look like a model expect bad service from the model looking sales persons.
