I went in yesterday to pick up a few things and the amazing ladies there went above and beyond to try and find me a bra that fit, we however could not find one but they made the experience fun and educational lol the best customer service I have ever experienced in a clothing store as a plus sized person.

Great experience at this location! All staff especially Jocelyn are amazing and so helpful, is a bit on the expensive side, but if you can get it on sale it really helps.

Wow! What a positive and refreshing experience! I've never walked into a clothing store and felt like I had all the options in the world before. To the lady with the clip in her hair(brooklyn?), a million compliments. You were so helpful and so kind. I got hit with 3 surprise discounts at the register, and the order I thought would be $350 was BARELY over 200! This is a store I'll be going to again.

The employees here are extremely friendly and helpful! The clothes are more on the expensive side, but the clearance section is pretty expansive and everything I've bought has been really good quality.

The entire staff make you feel so comfortable! Got fitted for a bra, never fun, but Brie was amazing. Signed up for email and got 20% off my order AND they have a 60 day return policy!

Especially in days AC (after covid) it should be all about service, service, service. The ladies that work are some of the most helpful staff I have ever been served by! I love coming here, because I always feel welcome, valued and helped. I've been to Torrid in the Halifax Shopping Centre at least 5 times now and it is by far my preferred shopping destination. The styles are more fun and less basic and you cannot beat the service!
