Erik Tepper the owner at Ok Tire/Uhaul was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly down to earth guy who cares about his customers. He worked with me to make sure I had the right size uhaul for what I needed. I was traveling across Canada and needed to make sure everything was safe and in working order. Realized the night before leaving that my trailer lights were not working and there were broken wires. I called uhaul and was told they would be sending someone right away to fix it for me. Within minutes got a call back, No sorry we cant get that fixed for you tonight

They rented us a U-Haul with barely no brakes & pretty sure the transmission is going bad! Didn't feel safe at all, if they would of checked their U-Hauls properly but they don't!! Extremely disappointed and mad they would rent a u-haul to customers with barely no brakes!! Never renting a U-haul from them ever again!!
