Awesome customer service and when doing my taxes, Sonia was absolutely great, she explained things well and helped me understand everything.

Another tax year gone and another return accurately prepared by Ms. Edwards. Her professionalism and manner is truly appreciated.

My first time using H&R block this year and I was abit weary! The lady who did my taxes was amazing! I walked out with all my cash the same day, had to pay of course but beats waiting two weeks! Very professional and would highly recommend Langley Location :)

March 18 around 12pm brought in my taxes to be done. I have one investment document that I wasn't sure about, so I brought to H&R Block to be done well. The fellow that took me on said that he would have to keep the documents and call me later in the day as he needed help about the one investment document. He said if he didn't call me the same day, he would call me at 10 AM the next day. I did not receive a call from him, so I called the next day at 2 PM and someone said that he wasn't in. (?!?!)They said that they would have someone look at it and call me back within the hour. I got a call back and they said that there was nobody there that could help me and they didn't know when they would get to my taxes. Now I'm going to have to call and talk to the manager as nobody seems to have any information about when it'll be done and how much it'll be costing.I brought my taxes in on Saturday hoping to get them done Saturday, and now I don't even know if they'll be done until Tuesday or Wednesday. This is not convenient nor is it professional as I am the one who had to do all the calling to find out what's going on.Side note; the lady that took my call also kept cutting me off mid conversation when I was trying to ask questions about what to do. I don't find this kind of treatment congruent to an ongoing relationship with H&R Block.

I was in to do my taxes a couple weeks ago the girl at the front was real busy and trying to look after the front desk and the customers walking in and this blonde tax lady with glassescame up and started yelling at her, standing right at her back so she couldn't move, it was rude I wanted to say something but I was scared Id get the lady at the front in more trouble. Very unprofessional to say the least. This was the first time I've been to this office and actually had someone nice looking after the front. Definitely wont be back if they treat all their employees that way.
