As a residential cleaning company we recently worked in a property that stood out for its attention to detail. The well-maintained interiors, the reliable service of the elevators, and the cleanliness of the common areas were noteworthy.A particular aspect our team enjoyed was the positive attitude of the staff. Their ready assistance and friendly demeanor made our cleaning project progress smoothly. A pleasant experience indeed, working at this property.

Value for money

The units have weird layouts (the developers cared more about the height than the width of the apartment), also the amenities are not in use during Covid, no balcony, the only open space was a tiny place above the window, I used to live on the 18th floor and I had the worst landlord. Thank God I am moving out, also my utility bills were super high even though, I travel a lot and I am barely home.

Terrible food/groceries delivery policies in the name of covid. Ordering food/groceries is at least as hard as going out to buy them yourseld, defeating the purpose.

Convenient location, well decorated and organize

Starting with the pros: Longo's is conveniently located right downstairs (love it particularly in winter). Concierges are helpful. No issue moving in and out at all. Amazing amenities, pool, virtual golf, squash, basketball, u name it. Units have high ceiling. Plenty of rental parking spots. Decent view overlooking downtown skyline.Switching to the cons: no balcony, the fans are quite loud, condo fees are high considering the number of suites in the bldg and no utilities are included (yes, you pay extra for water, hydro and gas). Yes, I agree with other reviewers, the layouts are sort of odd plausibly because it's used to be an office bldg converted to residential.

Amazing conversion from Imperial oil office building to residential apartment condominium units. Extremely convenient Longos grocery store directly on site.
