Samantha is extremely patient, talented and knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients. Lisa at Meraki always does an excellent job with my hair. I needed a hair cut and had not gotten one in three years, so it was long and thick. She cut my hair exactly how I like it based on a photo I had. The salon space is gorgeous, too. It’s a welcoming and calming place. I give Meraki my highest recommendation.

Lisa is a fabulous stylist. She really listens to you and tries to suggest products, styles and techniques that will make you look your best for type hair and features you have.The salon is a relaxing and positive environment. It's a great therapy for me once a month.

I have gone to Meraki for several mani/pedi treatments because my bridal shower, wedding, and honeymoon were all this year. Sam is THE best manicurist/pedicurist I have ever had. She takes her time and does such a thorough job. She goes above and beyond anyone I have ever gone to. I leave feeling like I have had a total spa day. Plus she is such a sweet person. I highly recommend!

The stylists did a great job with my updo and my bridesmaids hair. There was some communication and organization issues. Salon owner would not respond to my messages when my wedding was a couple days away and I needed a schedule. I had to leave multiple messages before finally getting a response. Also, there was no bride hair trial, it was more of a consultation where we talked about what I wanted. I was told I should have washed my hair before the appointment, (was too oily) so I did not get my hair done, I had to just hope it would look good. My bridal party got the impression that the stylists didn't want to put much effort into the appointment, because they made everyone wash and straighten their hair the night before. I would work on better communication with future brides (as brides are already stressed enough).

The salon is well kept and clean but the owner Lisa lacks experience and patience with cutting men’s hair. Her unpleasant attitude was enough to ensure I never return.
