Good selection of items. Can't say if staff are friendly or not, as I've yet to have someone acknowledge when I try to buy something across multiple visits so I haven't spoken to one yet.

The staff are friendly and informative here. They helped me figure out the effects of one of my Yugioh cards, and are always willing to help out. The products here are awesome, I love the selection of Gundam models very much! Gamezilla is my favorite place for all my nerdy needs.

They always have a huge selection of Gunpla and recently have been getting more anime figurines, all around nice store

Recently stopped in for my first time and they seem to have everything. I was very impressed with the assortment of stuff there. Totally recommend for all who enjoy anything to do with cards, comics, games, etc

Good central location, staff are friendly and helpful. Only 4 stars as I often leave empty handed as they don't carry what I'm usually looking for.

I was inquiring about a package not delivered. He was very hostile and basically hung up on me. Seemed like a ticking time bomb ready to blow if he didn’t rush me off the phone. Absolutely insane they way he talked to me.From the dozens of TCG shops I order from, nobody has a disclaimer about “no tracking buyers risk”. I was reminded about this without bringing it up which is odd to me, since all I was asking was the average delivery time from Saint John to Toronto area. I told him I could always do a charge back if thats the case which I think set him off but how else I supposed to respond with what appeared to be little to no resolution on his part. I think they have forgotten customers make the place thrive. I would avoid at all costs. Other reviews seems to support to my claims somewhat with little detail.By the way, I’ve ordered 103 packages in 3 months to put it into perspective and all have been delivered (I sent him an email proving this). Most were shipped letter mail with no tracking.
