I want to give a huge shout out to the customer service here. Specifically to Jessie, she was fantastic and helped to the fullest! She deserves a raise!

A fun place you can spend time with your friends and family. A bit long wait for the food when it is crowded.

Garbage place to come in to play with idiotic rules. I understand what happened on one of the court and even our intention were not there break anything but they our other lines also because we pay at one place. But we were playing in different. Why others got punished. And the staff they don’t want hear anything. We lost half hour on both of the lines and if you guys have these thing then say when you are getting money not after when we start playing. At that time the staff were so nice but. They should stop one line we understand that and we felt sorry for that we were just trying to send that ball inside because we called your crew memeber but they were not coming and we were losing our time. Its okay and easy to blame customers but check your staff also

It's a nice place to hang out with family & friends. However, it gets very crowded at times specially over the weekends and holidays.Although the staff is friendly and cooperative, however during our last visit we purchased 2 hrs of bowling time, but when we started the game we noticed that it was only 1 hr. So went back to the same personnel who recognized that he served us but wasn't believing that we bought 2 hrs, so we'd to show him the bank transaction with the amount deducted (as he'd not given us the invoice) to prove that we'd bought 2 hrs and then he fixed the issue, but didn't even apoligise for the error he'd made earlier.All in all, it is a nice place to go and spend some fun time.

Great place to have fun with family and friends but on the weekends it get crazy busy. Today was my 2nd time there and it was a fun visit except the wait time as it took us almost an hour to get a lane. In that case they should start doing reservations on the weekend so ppl call and reserve their spots instead of waiting there for nothing. This place has tons of lanes but we realized about 9-10 lane were closed, not sure if they were broken or closed for some tournament. I'm not disappointed but there's a room for improvement.

Very large (45 lanes) bowling alley. Weekends are really crowded. Don't expect expect something called customer service or courtesy. Because they are so busy, reception staff does not care to be polite.No reservation of lines. Go there if you just want to play and come back.

I recently visited Planet Bowl Bowling Alley in Etobicoke and had an amazing time! The facilities were top-notch, featuring more than 40 lanes for bowling. I appreciated that they offered flexible options for playing, such as hourly or two-hour increments. They also provided rental bowling shoes, which was a nice touch. Not only is this a fantastic spot for a night of bowling, but they also have a small arcade area for kids to enjoy and a snack and bar counter for refreshments. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it the perfect spot for a night out with friends or family. Overall, I highly recommend Planet Bowl for anyone looking for a great time in Etobicoke.
