I went to your store yesterday after-noon and amongst the stuff I purchased was a ipod touch and as I was setting it up a hour or so later I noticed the home button is messed up no matter how many times I press the button the screen remains black other than that the ipods good but I wanna know if you guys can help with it cause it wont let me use it when I want to. Hope you read this and respond, thanks!

Great and friendly staff who provide timely service. You can usually find what you're looking for and can always talk to the workers if you can't. I had an awesome experience. The customer service was extremely good. Darlene was patient in explaining each and everything in a very friendly manner. I had a great time purchasing my phone. Would definitely recommend this place.

Recently I switched over to Bell from Telus due to my contract expiration with Telus . I cannot be any happier for starters . I have never seen a team so friendly and knowledgeable . Alyssa helped with everything related to the phone contract and I was asking questions to Shawn about products while my data was being transferred over . Both were super great and down to earth and make my customer experience phenomenal. These guys deserve a praise and a raise .
