Miss Inchez

This is the worst experience i have ever had at a hair salon getting extensions! I am writing this review as a warning to other people not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon Miss. Inchez.Edit September/11/2019: I attempted to contact the business owner several times after the appointment and once again the week after. I was finally able to contact her to explain the skin reaction I was getting from her product. She was very rude and unwilling to fix the issue but willing to charge me more for what should have been done right the first time especially after spending over $600. The business owner responded that I am a scammer - I paid Miss. Inchez in full for hair installation. From the hair installation, I developed rashes to my scalp. I recommend staying away from this business not only because of the health issue but also because of the owner's behaviour and unwillingness to rectify the issues from her hair installation. I could not believe Miss.Inchez wanted to charge me to fix what should have been done right the first time and to ensure the appropriate products and process were followed to ensure the hair installation would not cause any health issues she is supposed to be the expert.

Zelica did my hair for my graduation and the whole process was amazing. She was very profession, caring and could tell she loved what she did. I will definitely see her again and recommend her to all my friends.

I reached out for an inspired celebrity look. Not only did she constantly check to insure I was happy with the look of the wig by sending pictures she was always quick at responding to my several over the top questions. She took the time to answer them all and ease any worries I had along the way. I leave for vacation on Saturday and I was worried it may not come on time - no problem at all she allowed me to pay extra for express shipping and it came today and I’m in awe!Let’s start off with shipping: I love that I had to sign for my package always allows me to know that my package will be safe if I wasn’t there and wouldn’t just be left at my door to be lost or stolenPackaging: I didn’t even know you could ship in hot pink FedEx packaging talk about CUTE!Contents: not only did she ship my wig which I will get to in a second she also included a wig cap AND a wig band for FREE!! I have been charged extra before just for asking for an elastic band to be put in so I was OVERLY IMPRESSEDand of courseThe wig: I AM IN LOVE!!It is EXACTLY like the celebrity that I was inspired by!Free elastic band installed and fits nice and snugI had priced out this look with other companies and the price was more affordable and in all honestly better qualityI am so extremely excited to wear this on vacation and to have in my collection in generalThis will NOT be my last purchaseThank you so much Miss InchezYou have no idea how happy you have made me ❤️

Thank goodness I discovered this talented woman in the name of hair extensions. Miss Inchez can give you length while looking extremely natural and keeping stylish as well. I specifically have done microlinks with her, as well as wig installs. great at effortless styling and making everything look like its coming from your own head! <---- this is key for me. While the majority of it is not mine, it doesn't have to look like it was someone elses. You get me? Thank you Miss Inchez for keeping me looking my best.

What can I say about Miss Inchez? I absolutely love this business. I have told everyone who asks that they need to go to her & they always switch and never look back.I had never worn hair extensions before & in 2014, I was going on a trip and wanted long hair. My hair was shoulder length at the time. I got extensions put it with the micro-links. I loved them & they were very easy to maintain on the trip. In 2016, I cut my hair into a short bob. Then wanted long hair & Miss Inchez made me a 30 inch “Formation Unit” which was amazing & blended into my blunt cut bob which is no easy task. I loved that unit. The quality was amazing & stayed amazing through the multiple washes & the styling I did to it for years. Now my own hair is 32 inches long! And we did the opposite: Miss Inchez made me a custom short bob wig when I want a different look.She is great at what she does, the space is beautiful with a professional yet comfortable environment. She always makes time for me, even for last minute appointments, even with her busy schedule. If you’re considering hair extensions, or wigs, DEFINITELY go to MISS INCHEZ.
